Excellent stay as always at this location. The entire staff here is phenomenal; one of best hotel staffs I have ever encountered. Eddie and all others have always helped me over and beyond the norm. They are incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They are very flexible and do whatever they can to help you remedy anything that needs it. The rooms are very clean. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are upgraded from the old motel 6 styles. Convenient parking. Easy access to rooms. More often than not the area is pretty quiet. Many nearby places to eat and shop. All in all excellent value for what you pay.

Beds need some help not very comfortable, couldn’t sleep walls thin, can hear everything . Only needed it for the night but will spend more next time for a better place

Cockroach infested

Starting with the night clerk check-in, it was disappointing and just got worse. The clerk was clearly unhappy with his job, unfriendly and mumbled replies. We arrived very late and the property is in a sketchy area and we saw a few parked cars with people in them doing sketchy things. The rooms are tiny - a bed and bathroom, no more room than that. The bathroom was dirty with hair in the sink, on the floor and in the drains. The shower drained so slowly it was still draining for hours in the morning when my husband had taken a shower before we went to sleep the night before. We spent a few minutes killing bugs that enjoyed the place way more than us, slept for a few hours and left. We will not be returning.

Rooms were upgraded and renovated but the beds and pillows sucked springs in bed were old and pillows not comfortable if u like a neck ache next day

Great hotel for the price. A but noisy upstairs. But all in all good for the price.

Room was nice for the price, great location for my needs, parking was limited but available, room had a smell, saw dogs with their owners on property so guessing it was a pet smell, ceilings are thin and noise travels. Fit my budget, you get what you pay for.

My home away from home. Love this place. It’s reasonably priced and the staff is friendly and goes out of their way to help you have a nice stay.

Good choice!

Our room was filled with roaches all over the room we asked to speak with manager after we noticed the roaches we were told the manager will not be in until the next morning we went over in the morning and manager was not in we decided to check out sooner then what we booked for we could not stay there another night and we still got charged for 1 night stay.

The motel was in a very safe area with plenty of space to walk my dog. It was clean and well kept.

Excellent staff; very accommodating and flexible with check in and check out. Everyone there is Super polite and welcoming. The rooms and beds are excellent for motel 6 standards. Parking is easy and the area is full of nearby stores and shops. Right off the freeway.

Great local, staff us awesome

This was a great location. We stayed here to see a concert at the Pacific Amphitheater because it was in walking distance and Motel 6 is dog friendly. The room was very clean and nice. The staff was also very nice.

Location is good.

I was a little weary of this place after reading reviews on another website. The room is nice and quant, and the bathroom is PERFECT, especially if you are struggling to move, like me with broken legs. The staff is very kind and the male manager is very understanding, patient and respectful. Reviews are reviews, and I know you get what you pay for, but this place has been great and I have extended my stay.

Decent stay. Room behind us or next was bleeding cigarette smell through the walls. Air conditioner was a little annoying but worked well. Roach or some other bug in bathroom when got there but nothing rest of time. Any noise outside is loud and easily heard in room. Red truck was blasting music till just after 11 in parking lot. Parking lot had a rolled vehicle ducked taped together in it upon arrival, and appeared someone still was getting some use of it as later it was gone. 100 bucks a night isn't bad, beyond 120/130, there are others places nearby for sleep and shower, just as comparable. There appeared to be people living there long term and taking care of some green houses and gardens near back of property and buildings.

Old and dated exterior. Typical renovated Motel 6 interior. Great freeway access, and lots of fast food surrounding. Not sure I would stay here again. Felt just a little bit sketch.

Newly-remodeled budget motel in convenient location by freeways and lots of shopping & dining options. Room was clean, bright, and nicely furnished. Air conditioning unit & TV worked well, and there were multiple outlets and some USB ports available. Mostly minor drawbacks: no elevator, no luggage rack, no clothes hook in bathroom, no shower grab bar for safety, no clock, no Kleenex. Would stay here again if I want a no-frills, affordable stay in Orange County.

Nice place, close to freeway and restaurants. Would have rated higher but painting and construction was going on during our stay.

I liked the location near the freeway and the beach, the room was good, however, it was not cleaned well, there was a dirty wash cloth in the tub, and dirty Q-tip under the desk. Since we were staying only one night and we were very tired we stayed. We slept well but woke up to a homeless woman crying in the parking lot. The manager Issac was very helpful and welcoming and he said he would look into the housekeeping issue.
