Great hotel easy assessable from autostrada. Great parking, nice large rooms & bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Breakfast typical Italian breakfast with something for everyone.

All staff are lovely and helpful. Everything was kept clean. We felt at ease and comfort for the whole stay.

For a hotel in such industrial area staff was not happy with clients I think . When check out nowbody ask how the stay was . With breakfast the staff was really not guest free . Breakfast was poor . This is a good hotel for just sleeping .

The hotel is behind Livorno train station it could be little noisy
The hotel not in shop area it’s kind of isolated better to have your own transportation .
There is big shopping center close by open morning till late 8pm

Bed was unacceptablely very poor quality and uncomfortable. Pillows were also very poor quality- not much of head support. Reception staff had very indifferent attitude.Not a welcoming place. Door stoppers are placed at wrong places- causing walking hazard in the room and bathroom. This should not be allowed as a safety issue. No kettle or safety clocker in the room.

We had a great stay which was convenient for our visit to Livorno. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The only complaint would be that the rooms were very hot and the air con was not available yet.

Lovely hotel but the room was very warm despite turning off the heating. Had to sleep with the window open so a bit noisy.

This was a great one night stay close to Livorno Centrale. A very good restaurant off of the lobby also. If walking from the train stations, it is about 15 minutes, but do not follow "pin" locater on Google maps, as it is inaccurate. Follow google MAP to get there.

Excellent location for a city break base… 15min walk to Livorno Centrale train station, 15 mins to Pisa and 90mins to Cinque Terre villages, and 90mins to Florence. Room was very clean and we had everything we needed. The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. We weren’t too keen on the restaurant options so ordered a couple of pizzas from deliveroo.

Great hotel in a terrible location. Everything good about Livorno — and there’s lots — is on the other side of the city. So you’ll need a car or cabs or good walking shoes if you want anything other than what the hotel provides. As for the hotel itself, it’s terrific, from the food to the room to the personnel. It does need to update its fitness center, which is more like a fitness museum.

Very convenient location right off the motorway. It was nice to have the restaurant in the hotel as well as the one located in the shopping center. The AC in the room definitely worked, I was even cold at times.

Staff were friendly and hellful. The room was very good and comfortable. Breakfast was alright with all the basics. You could walk from the station in fifteen minutes. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful hotel with amazingly helpful staff! Just after we checked in, we punctured our tire coming out of the public parking garage. The reception staff were very helpful as we contacted roadside assistance, the rental company, etc. They helped translate the phone menus and talk to folks for us. They tolerated the car waiting out front until the tow truck came. At the restaurant, our server, Francesco, was friendly and fun to talk to and the manager was helpful as well. Highly recommend it if you are traveling tomorrow from the port!

Overall one night was ok, wouldn’t recommend more unless you have a private transportation. Property is pretty isolated, 10/15 min walk from the station. No shuttle/ bus service available.
Room was clean and staff was nice.

We just spent one night before taking the ferry. Everything was clean and as used be. We can recommend to stay there.

This hotel is absolutely recommended, clean and quiet. Very nice staff and parking is great also there is a mall just a few minutes walking distance.
If you are like us travelling in late July I recommend bringing a blanket, we have never been so cold during the noght as we were those nights we stayed there. Tried changing the thermostat but no matter what is was just not budging from cold blowing air.
Orher then that I’ll stay again just bringing my own blanket with me.
