Our room was filled with the smell of cigarette smoke. Probably in the air system from the casino. Disgusting. Dont understand why casinos feel the need to cater to the small percentage of people who smoke. Ruins it for the rest of us.

Parking with a trailer is a long walk to entrance. Then even longer walk to room. No restaurant available after 7 pm when I arrived. Brought my own coffee pot, good thing nothing in room.

The bathroom was in bad shape. The shower head was very low. Had to do a back bend to was hair. Stuff was ready to fall off the walls. No fridge or microwave. For the price was not worth it. Chip hotels are in better shape

Overrated. Too few amenities. If you have a trailer, you have to park and carry your stuff a long way. No hotel carts.

We were able to check in a few minutes early, which was greatly appreciated after a 5 hour car ride with 3 kids. Our room was clean and stocked with everything we needed.
The pool was a huge hit, and we had so much fun.
After we all showered, we walked right downstairs and ate dinner at the Casa Cafe; we didn't have to wait for a table, the service was great, and our food came out quickly (and was DELICIOUS!). After a long day of traveling, it was so nice to be able to stay in one place for everything we needed. We all slept great and were able to get up early, no hassle check out, and get back on the road.
We will DEFINITELY be staying here again!

Reviews and pictures definitely did not give an accurate picture of hotel. Water in bathroom had terrible sewer smell coming from drains, rooms were in heat up condition. Pool
Closes at 6pm which makes no sense out in the desert?!?! No amenities in room like mini fridge, etc. hallways were hot and stuff. I would have rather stayed at holiday inn and just drove to the casino.

worst experience ever in a hotel. i'm 72 and stayed in hundreds of places and this was by far the worst. we arrived after a long day of traveling and i was told we had no reservation, even though i showed them my confirmation and reservation number from hotels.com. she refused to check with them and told me to do it. no wifi signal in the hotel and i was told to walk down the hall and try to get a signal. no luck. she then offered to give me a room at a much higher cost to me. worst customer service ever and then tried refusing hotels.com a refund. i'm still waiting to see if i'm refunded.

Loved the pool. Dinner at Katherine's was fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that the room didn't have a refrigerator. The last time I was there my room had one. Great visit, we'll be back.

Deeply disappointed that there was not a fridge or microwave in my room ven though when i booked i made sure i would have that. The view of the pool from our room was beautiful. The casual restaurant was great for both dinner and breakfast. Delicious options and great service.

There is only one entrance and exit in the whole hotel. Only one set of elevators. Parking lots are too far away from the hotel - hard for seniors to get to. Won't stay again.

The grounds are beautiful, however the interior was disappointing. We made the reservation to ensure that we could watch the NFL game. However, the reception was less than poor. l called the front desk numerous times and after 7 hours and past kickoff, the maintenance super came up. However as it was an IT issue, it was never fixed and we didn't hear back from anyone. While the maintenance super was very nice, it was not a satisfactory experience and we had to turn off the TV as it was impossible to watch.

More than I expected for the price. Just passing through on a drive to LA and don't gamble, so for me it was ideal. Needed sleep food and quiet and got all of that. Other than the place smelling somewhat like old cigarette smoke- even on my non-smoking floor - and a tub that takes an hour to drain really quite satisfied
