I accidently booked the wrong Super 8, while at another Super 8, I contacted Expedia that same moment and manager refused to refund for an honest mistake that was informed in a timely manner. It is unfortunate this man conducts himself with greed and zero empathy. I would avoid this place at all costs. I will submit a chargeback with my bank. Terrible experience.....

The staff at the Super 8 were helpful, kind, and understanding when my plans changed and i meeded to revise my booking, and then when they changed again after checking in. They made sure my stay was pleasant, they ensured the rooms were clean, and were friendly.

I understand check in is at 3pm, but they can do something we can do the check in a little before, like 2pm, if we wanted enter before we had to pay 30 dlls, we had to wait from 10:30am until 3, in other Hotels told us to call at 2 to see if we can check in.

Very clean rooms, warm and friendly staff and check in area. Plenty of places to sit and relax and watch tv. Very comfortable bed.

It said breakfast included and they only give an apple and a juice 😒

I do not understand why, if you pay in advance, you have to spend 15 minutes at the desk checking in and dealing with slow attendants when you arrive.

The guy at the front desk was very nice. It was affordable and convenient location. The cleanliness of the room could have been a little bit better and the room was very stuffy when I first entered. Over I was pleased though.

The place is run down. Dressers are worn cheap and the one drawer was falling down.

My impression was that this hotel was partly renovated and hard hit by covid. The rooms and facade were freshly painted and well kept. I was in a non smoking room but it had an almost overpowering smell of cigarette smoke. The carpet needed replacing as it was stained and though superficially clean contributed to the cigarette smell. There was no maid service but that was OK for four days. The complementary breakfast was extremely slim. I do not feel it is fair to give a poor review to a place that seems to be struggling during the pandemic. I think as they improve their cash flow they will upgrade.

The room was very clean, and updated. The area was near shopping center and restaurants.

Fist, when I went check in, the lady at the front seat was so polite and nice. Second, I ask her if we decide to stay another night, do you have extra room or can we stay in the same room? She told me not to worry because there are extra rooms and she said to make Reservation with Expedia because I will give you discount. Lastly, the lady kept her word and we did stay extra night. Room was clean, smell good and maybe it is just me but the pillows, blankets not only smell good it felt warm. I will 100% will recommend the hotel to friends and family. Oh, the location was so good because, the hotel was surrounded with all different fast food restaurants and Kroger plus was 5 minutes drive!!!

Comfy beds and sheets are so soft

This place was so clean and comfortable. The check in was so accommodating. We never ate the free breakfast due to the comfy beds which caused us to sleep in every morn! Great location right next to a mall and restaurants every direction. A Soupet Salad right across the street.

The location can be difficult to get to - I would suggest using the Hwy 59 service road not FM1960.

Pool was which was main reason I stayed here. Staff was excellent very nice! Only bad thing the shower curtain was very dirty!

Flat pillows very uncomfortable. Outdated furniture. Dirty top blanket. Small bar soaps. Not the best experience. Front desk wasn’t very friendly did not really wont to deal with me

Having to use a 3rd card for incidental fee. Pool wasn't open and vending machines were not working. Air did not cool the room.

They held the room for our late check-in (10 p.m.). This was very important to us after a 5 hr. car trip! Clean room & bathroom. Nearby late night restaurants.

Was given a smoking room, I didn't ask for it. Sheets had stains, nose junk on the walls, poor smell, shower not working, drain in tub not working, dirty towels for a sponge bath, breakfast not out in time.

For a budget hotel, this one is fine. The room was comfortable and very clean. The bathroom looked as though it it had seen a few years service, but was clean none the less. The staff were helpful, the site felt secure and the surrounding area had a reasonable selection of eat-in and take-away restaurants as well as a Kroger supermarket - all accessible in a couple of minutes by car. The cleaning staff cleaned and reset the room every day, supplied fresh towels and made the bed. The bed sheets were changed every few days. If I had to find a criticism, then it would be two things - (1) the breakfast was completely standard cereal, toast or waffles - some Super 8s supply fruit, which would have been nice. (2) the hotel guide in the room suggested there was a laundry service using the usual hotel laundry bag in the room, but the reality was a coin operated washer and drier. Overall, though, for budget accomodation, certainly can't complain and would happily go back.
