A very clean place and very comfortable the only downside was several light bulbs were not working making the lighting poor. Overall the condo was clean with a comfortable bed. I would return as it was a pleasant stay.

1st time my wife (Karolina) and I stay in one of the condos in Los Suennos, booked it via Hotels.com but the best part was the Stay In Costa Rica administration office. Even before we headed to our destination, they were so polite and open to help. Christian at the Stay In Costa Rica offices did a great job supporting all of our needs a couple of minor issues we had were promptly solved. Definatelly Christian knows his way around customer service and he's a major added value to both the stay there and for the company he works for. Carolina, Diego and Victor did a great job too. Stay In Costa Rica helped us a lot given my wife had a big work project coming to an end and they happily lended her a virtual office space for her to work separately from our WFH "normality". We stayed in Condominio Colina (Unit 6C) and it was really great. Awesome views of the golf course, mountains and a partial ocean view. Unit has all you need for a really comfy stay, even a BBQ in the ample balcony. Premises are really quiet and peacefull. A great place for a family trip. Two really nice pools with a common area that includes a BBQ and also a great gym! Just a 5 minute walk from the very beautifully Beach Club. You cqn also get there in your car, in case you have a lot of things to carry with you. The mega project is awesome and you'll find everithing for everyone there, from Gelato, to Happy Hour to fine dinning and amazing tours. Did the Costa Cat Tour to Isla Tortuga and I do recommend.

Experience depends on the Condo, some with view some only jungle view, this unit had lots of space and confortable beds. Small pools and not so clean. But you have the beach club option instead.

Over all we had a really nice vacation, again. Hope to come back in the future.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. This place is beautiful and the staff was very friendly and professional. The resort is HUGE! Several different condo buildings, spread over a very large area. Each are owed and therefore decorated very differently. We did not care For the first condo/villa we were put in and requested another. The staff were very Helpful and moved us to a beautiful condo/villa. For the size of the resort the shopping and restaurants are pretty limited.

The only place to stay in Jaco.

Property was well maintained. Many extra amenities. Soaps,shampoo, conditioner coffee,etc. owners were thoughtful and well planned. We would highly recommend this property.

The resort was beyond our expectations. Our condo was clean, fresh, updated and perfect size for a family of four. The food at the Marriott was fantastic and we are already looking to book for next year.

I have stayed at this property three times. That tells the story. I would not keep going back. It makes you feel right at home. The staff made us feel welcome and catered to our every need. Our only complaint was that our trip was short and we wanted to stay longer.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Everything was going well but the second day the A/C stopped working. When they checked it, they told us we could move to another condo because they wouldn’t be able to fix it that night. We decided not to move because we leaving next morning. The next day, when we were checking out, the guy at the front desk told me we were not the only people who had some kind of trouble, they had many issues with A/C’s and internet that same day, so I wonder how often this really happens here.

The stay would have been perfect, but the exception is they don't put details about the "free resort access". I thought the free access was to the Marriott Hotel Resort there, but when we got to the Marriott Hotel Resort they charged us $70/person. The "free resort access" is actually to the Beach Club resort, which is also nice, but we went with different expectations because they don't explain which one you get access to.

The resort exceeded what we could have longed for! The grounds were impeccable, the staff welcoming, and the views from the main pool glorious! WOW!
