I had stayed here before and did return, We had a one night stay and the hotel was good and the staff were excellent. It is close to the main train station and there are a few strip clubs up the street so the outside noise went through most of the night. Closing the windows worked well to keep the noise out.

The front desk lady was so nice and hospitable, I was impressed so much! Breakfast is very good!

Very close to the train station and only about 10 minutes to Marienplatz. Our room was large, with lots of storage and a big bathroom. An alcove served as a makeup station, or would also be a great desk. We enjoyed their generous breakfast one morning of our stay. The desk staff as exceptionally helpful, and even printed out our revised rail schedule for us.

Very well located within Munich City Centre and 2minutes walk from the Hauptbahnhof. The hotel is well maintained and the room I was allocated towards the back of the hotel was very spacious, comfortable and clean. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast provided was very nice with hot and cold options. Thank you.

Very ok as such. Good beds, good breakfast. Surrounding area a bit restless, but location near to the central railway station was handy.

City centre hotel so always less fortunate people in the area… like every city! Great location, mostly nice staff! Would stay here again and would recommend!

Had air conditioning but it didn’t really work so the room was always hot. In a strange block that I wouldn’t recommend. An employee knocked three times on our door at 8:45 in the morning but not sure what he needed. Close to the train station was a plus. They wouldn’t let us check in too early but would hold our luggage.

The property was okay overall, check in was excellent as we could check in when we arrived at 11am, room and bathroom was a good size. The service of the staff was excellent and the location was really convenient to the station and not a far walk from the main square and in the day they leave out fresh pastries for guests which was a nice touch However the beds were uncomfortable, the AC was so bad and only cooled the area directly under it, the room wasn’t filthy but it wasn’t really clean either. The area felt a little unsafe as it seemed we were on the edge of the ghetto and was quite busy but we are right next to the station so expected I suppose I wouldn’t really rate it as a 4 star either
