Great staff

Very goid hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. Hop on hop off bus stops right across the street. Breakfast was amazing ! The orange juice was so good I would go back just to get a glass. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was excellent! The staff were very helpful and nice. The room designs were quite unique and enjoyable. They also had good ADA options, which was great when traveling with an elderly parent. If you are in Athens for a short time and take a hop on hop off bus, the stop is only a few steps away from the hotel.

Grecotel is an upscale Greek chain with very reasonable prices when compared to similar US hotels. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a balcony with lots of space and a beautiful view. Breakfast is included and a wide variety of choices are offered to meet everyone's taste. There is a full staff too help with you luggage, check you in, bring ice, and any other request you have. More important, the hotel is located across the street from a hop on/off bus stop which is the best way to see Athens. One block away is a major subway station which you can use to travel to and from the airport. There is even a small grocery store nearby to buy beverages and snacks.

Very nice, comfortable and clean hotel with very friendly people. Good food. Close to the shopping area and very close to the metro. Way to the Acropolis is walkable in about 25 Minutes.

I had a very comfortable stay in room 402. The air-con was nice and quiet that it was fine to be left on during the night. I did have the company of a mosquito on the first night but I didn't get bit and the staff helped me get rid of it the next day. The shower rail unfortunately did fall off and catch my head which was the only downside. Otherwise all good, and breakfast was great!

The Hotel Staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent! The room upgrade was great. Our room was cleaned every day and the Air Conditioner cooled off the room very well . Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Hotel.

The Staff were all great ! The breakfast buffet was excellent. The buffet had several different options to choose from. The room was a nice size, clean and quiet. The neighborhood around the hotel was somewhat neglected. The hotel is within walking distance to main attractions, shops and restaurants. Over all my husband and I were happy with our stay.

The hotel is nice and located in a central location. The amenities are fine and the hotel staff are incredibly friendly. The hotel rooms are "unique" to say the least. The drawings on the wall are creative but out there. The shower is not great with poor water pressure. There are also not many well situated electric outlets in the room. Lastly, our room was very close to the elevator and my brother who was in the room with the twin beds could hear every conversation happening outside and anytime anyone walked by. Definitely a solid three star hotel. The service (in particular the bell captain) could make it a low grade four star.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We left early in the morning for our flight and they arranged breakfast boxes for us. Gave us directions the night before for a place for dinner.

Great hotel property in a great location. Just a short walk from the heart of Athens and all it has to offer. The room was lovely, staff friendly and the breakfast delicious!

This property has such a cool vibe with the artistic elements. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We were able to leave our luggage and travel around the city while our room was prepared. When we returned, our luggage had already been placed in the room. Normally we do not eat dinner in our hotels, but we were so tired from traveling that we decided to do it for the convenience. I am glad we did! The food was exceptional!

The staff at Grecotel is first rate. We loved the daily breakfast and proximity to local restaurants. We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Will stay again.

Amazing hotel, friendly staff, great location and lovely breakfast

They were fabulous! Upgraded us to a suite that was beautiful!!

The staff were welcoming and left lots of treats for us in the hotel room. The breakfast buffet had much to offer, including plenty of vegetarian options. We ordered room service twice and the service was extremely efficient. Unfortunately one of the bed sheets had blood spots on it and when we went down to ask for a replacement, the staff member gave an incorrect item to replace it. We then had to go back down to ask for a correct sheet that fits the duvet, to replace the one that had blood spots on it. This happened on our first night which was disappointing. The room was very dusty with cobwebs and visible dust trails along the bed. One of the days that we visited turned out to be a Labour Day which we had no idea about, it would have been useful if the hotel staff could have informed us before we ventured out for the day and learnt about this much later (we were greeted by the receptionists on our way in/out every day). There were nearby bus services and metro station which we learnt about on our own - would have been helpful if the hotel could have left leaflets and travel guidance in the waiting area or inside our room. The cleaners were sometimes noisy during the early part of the day. All things considered we enjoyed our stay, the hotel was efficient but extra care could be taken to make sure the bed sheets are cleaned and areas dust free. Thank you for the additional items you kindly left for us, such as teas and milk sachets, and the friendly restaurant staff.

Excellent hotel and staff. Great location, walkable to all main sites. Super clean and airy room, spacious and comfortable beds, great breakfast choices to a high standard.

Evrything was what I expected without any hiccups. Staff was friendly, ahotel smelled wonderful and the closeness to everything is why i would purposely choose to stay here again.
