Accueil très souriant,personnel pret à rendre service Chambre très spacieuse(certaines avec balcon)coin cuisine(cafetière,bouilloire,frrigo,plateau de courtoisie) Literie très confortable.Bonne isolation avec exterieur et chambres voisines.Propreté impeccable,à noter toute fois que le ménage n'est pas fait tous les jours et que c'est à vous de descendre votre poubelle

Plein cœur de ville, calme. Belle chambre spacieuse avec balcon. Tres bien équipé, petit déjeuner buffet avec un large choix.

it was a short stay but I ended up not staying at the hotel as I had another sleeping arrangement closer to the lake.

Great place to stay. Similar to a hostel, but has sister hotel right next door. Perfect location to food and activities of the city.

The perfect place for us to start our trip to France. An easy walk from the train station and a good location for finding food and local culture. Mouna was extremely helpful with all of our questions at the front desk. Having the kitchenette and balcony made it easy to eat some meals in our room but the breakfast buffet helped get us started on a couple of mornings.

Very comfortable and clean.excellent location ,near town centre and beside railway station and a bus stop.cooking facilities in room--2 cooking rings and a microwave,a kettle and coffee percolate.no room service during your stay..had room with balcony and this was great as weather was very warm.excellent value compared with other accommodation. Very well laid out & planned rooms. Everything you need except towel change (you have to keep the one supplied for 6 days!) Fantastic, powerful shower. Great having a microwave & clean fridge. Plenty of wardrobe space. Comfy bed. Lovely duvet. Needs new loo seat. Excellent, helpful staff.

i have never stayed any where that did not use mattress protectors. The pillow s were covered in sweat. 5 hangers for an apartment sleeping 4. Staff helpful but took 24 hours to produce clean pillows and only 4, same with the hangers.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. A shame however that there were no instructions on how to use the equipment provided and silly to provide you with glasses and dishes but no washing up liquid or sponge.

We stayed two nights as we took the train to Geneva Auto Show and back. This worked perfect for us. The train station is supper close. The area was quiet we had a great nights sleep. Ideal spot to visit around this area.

Brilliantly located, excellent value for money. Totally self-catering, which we didn't expect - was a nice surprise, as we did think the additional cost for continental breakfast was a bit steep (only had one and it wasn't too bad). Wish we stayed at this hotel for our whole France adventure, the other places we ended up at was horrible. Though hotel doesn't have their own restaurant, it doesn't matter, they give you a discount voucher to use at the next door hotel restaurant which have good value for money food and very tasty, and you're located so well in Aix-les-bains, you're surrounded by restaurants, bakeries and food shops. One draw back, not enough parking. Also, despite being a non-smoking hotel, we could smell smoke coming in from somewhere, which filled the hallway and came into the room (not nice if you have allergies to smoke) - we ended up putting a towel down by the door to filter it a bit. Otherwise, we'd stay there again.

Ideal apartment for family with children. It is even possible to cook. In the neighbourhood are a few restaurants. The parking garage is under the apartment. Breakfast is okay.

Big suits but thr fridge didn't work well and the table was not stable and no air-conditioning, for the summer time this is not a recommended place for the rest of the year you have value for money

Needs an up-date and the city view it said it had, was in fact just the back of another hotel

I have stayed in a studio here several times. I find the standard is excellent and the reception staff are friendly and helpful.

stay one night, it's good for a couple of nights. The apartment room is big enough to cook simply in the kitchen.
