The floor was blistered and peeling. The night stand's top finish was partially stripped to the bare wood. The windows had no screens. No coffee in office. Parking lot was practically empty, but they wouldn't give a 70 year old person a ground floor room when requested.

Air conditioning, TV, microwave, coffee maker were not working. Old and rundown. Unkept. It should have been cheaper than what I paid for. There was a Dirty socks in between the mattress and the head board. Shower was small and squeaks. When they tried to fix the air conditioner, it turned off every 34 minutes and the worker had to turn the breaker on every time.

Simple, quiet place. Good location. Large room.

I don't like at all

If I could give this properly a zero, I would. We were checked into 1 room and it was dirty & with no TV capabilities. SO, they moved us to another room. The 2nd room wasn’t visibly great but better than the first room … we left had dinner and returned … we attempted to take a shower before bed and the shower did not work! We walked to the office to discuss this with them, the door was locked and we could see the man sleeping on the chairs in the office. No functioning shower is unacceptable

This place was so dirty and nothing was working my blinds didn’t even close. The sheets had blood stains everything was so nasty and dirty

This place was so filthy. The rooms you see on this app are not correct. I rented the two bedroom suite with a kitchen living room and two bathrooms. Two of our beds didn’t have bedding. The air conditioner was broke. Half of the furniture was broke. Also the floors were disgusting. The walls had mystery substance all over them. We found dirty clothes under the beds, and none of us could even take a shower or a bath while we were there because the bathrooms were filthy.

This was the worst experience in a hotel … the carpet was so dirty and the AC stinks - can’t say enough it was a last minute booking so we were not able to get anything else that late in the night - the bath tub had glass doors and one of the panels was missing so a lot of water came out to the floor. The. Toiletries were so basic to shampoo and conditioner- no lotion I had to go to the front desk to request anything bc there was no phone in the room- AVOID THIS HOTEL- was worst that any motel I can’t tell you enough totally not going back there- the only thing was the location was very convenient- the pics in Expedia are very deceiving totally not as advertised! BE AWARE . Also the customer service was horrible - I requested for room house keeping and they didn’t even delivered clean towels !!

Discustenly dirty room. Used needle under the bed. No screen on window and no way to lock it closed. Avoid the place at all costs.

The bathroom was so dirty , the flor also my need put more atention. Te carpet very old and dirty too smell bad , the bed sheets are so bad and old i think they dont change because it looks like they dosent whash it . Everything was dirty.

Room was thoroughly dirty and staff was unhelpful. No amenities worked, I was forced to book a stay somewhere else and I was not refunded.

The picture you show on site are not what the place really looks like. The staff you couldn't understand. The rooms weren’t inviting or had any charm. The only good thing it was in walking distance of casino, shops, and restaurants. I will never stay here again and will not suggest anyone to stay here.

This place was dirty, did not have a parking spot either night for our family. Check in was unclear after hours even after 2 calls to plan accordingly. Towels felt dirty, floor was sticky, and soap packages were soiled and stained all unusable. Only nice thing is it is a prime location a short walk from Heavenly Village.

Not the place it used to be. The guy checking is in acted like i was interrupting his smoke break and was not friendly. Very dirty room, shower had mold and apparently a rotting floor? No parking available...

This property is poorly maintained and poorly cleaned. Also, the square footage of the rooms are smaller than advertised. We ended up leaving a day early because of the uncleanliness. We were scratching all night. I think the sheets may not have been changed properly. There was mold in the bathroom and by the small refrigerator. I understand that the price per night was not expensive but still not worth booking this property.

Absoulutely worst place i have ever slept! Air conditioner broke never was fixed was told i would get a refund and still havent ! It was awful !!

Kitchen was dirty and floor was not mopped. Room smelled

From the start the staff was not friendly at all, like if he didn’t want to be there. The room was really dirty, sofa had a lighter on the side and had stains everywhere. In the rooms sheets had stains and chips were left on the counter, the restrooms were horrible with the floors really dirty. When i went to complain, there was a line of other people with the same issue, we didn’t get anywhere. They said that we can complain to the service we used to get the room and maybe get our money back. I was shocked on how they didn’t cared. You should really take them off your offerings because this made your service look bad with me. I wanted a refund.

The room didn't have a remote control for the TV. For its age, it was okay. The fitted sheets on the bed were put on in the wrong direction, so the fitted sheet coming off during the night, which made it a bit annoying. I have a small dog so apparently we had a pet room, that didn't seem like they cared about the floor cleanliness since it was a pet room. I did feel comfortable walking around barefoot for sure. We believe it was highly overpriced for what we got. We paid up almost $300 for one night. I think it's worth the starting price of $69 on the back of the door, but I don't feel like it was worth much more than that. Although South lake Tahoe is very crowded and everything's full. Over the last couple years there's no place to park every hotel casino has blocked everything where it's about $30 minimum to park. This place had okay parking, but we didn't want to leave because we were afraid we wouldn't have parking when we came back because the parking lot was already completely full. We ended up walking more than we wanted to.

First of all I want to say that I put this through Expedia and I have never had a bad experience just this one to begin with when I booked my reservation it said that I had a zero refund cancellation once I got to the property on my check-in day they make me wait for about 2 hours stating that that room was not ready not only that but once I actually got the the room key and checked in I walk into the room and I have never seen any room so disgusting such as this one this room was completely dirty that was water in the bathroom to begin with the pillows cases were burned with cigarette butts this was supposed to be a non-smoking room all the furniture was super old like somebody just grabbed it from a yard sale and put it in there mattress was stain and the property wasn't really really bad shape so they gave us a second room supposedly they upgrade to one room with kitchen but it was as bad as the other one we have no choice since we had already to spend over $500 for tonight that we're not going to get reimbursed all the pictures they have on their website show a very nice beautiful room but please don't fall for it because this is the worst hotel I ever stayed I'm pretty sure a lot of people were complaining about the same issue since there was a lot of people trying to cancel their reservation after getting their room key and walking into the nightmare that I went through I have no choice but to stay please don't book here please don't stay here.....

Hair in the bathtub dust and crumbs on a floor and under bed

The room was ok, but just ok. No places by the bed to plug in phone; shower had luke warm water only with no place in tiny shower to put soap etc. The AC unit ran loud all night, good thing we had ear plugs.

This was a great budget family hotel. We were walking distance to the strip but also far enough away we were not bothered by noise.

We did not stay. Arrived, Looked at the room and left. Asked for a different room, had mold on the bathroom window. Whole team of construction workers were staying there while working on neighboring properties, I felt unsafe. Front desk person was nice, but said all the rooms were the same. We got our $25 pet deposit returned and consider the $130 non- refundable we paid Expedia for the room a gambling loss. Don’t stay here as a guest. Not as pictured on Expedia.

When we arrived to check in, no one was at the desk. I waited, called the number - which rang to a cell phone sitting on the desk - and pressed the ring button. After a half hour someone finally arrived to help with no explanation and no apologies. The room was fine until my husband used the bathroom and reported there was still waste from previous guest in the toilet. And there was no cloth cover on ironing board. Won’t be staying here again.

It was so bad, terrible beds, dirty bedding, mold in shower, we never spent the night, we walked away and stayed elsewhere. The pictures on the site are deceptive. The actual room is a dive.

Not very impressed. Have stayed here in the past. The place has gone a little down hill. Had loud neighbors yelling and fighting all night. Parking is not enough for all the guests. Probably won’t be staying here again. But the staff was very nice and helpful.
