This hotel is very suitable for families travelling with young children. Very near to the Iguazo Falls

Staff universally helpful. Food disappointing. Caesar Salad (with Chicken) inedible. Caesar Salad with prawn excellent (prawns). Why did the room cleaner not report to management the fact that I left my mobile phone charger cable in the room (363). It is called stealing. Pity that these acts unfairly tarnish the rest of the staff who worked enthusiastically to keep all their guests happy.

More of a family hotel, not so well suited for solo travelers

It was a nice stay. The one thing that was a bit annoying is they won’t provide guests with an iron, they make you use their laundry service and pay instead.

A very convenient location in the Brazilian side.

I stay in this hotel very often, centrally located, super clean, great amenities, great food, excellent service and atmosphere!

Great place for a family vacation. Reasonably close to the city center and both sides of the Falls.

Great hotel. Renovated but with leftovers of its old decor that are well integrated with the new items. Pool is great, Spa is great, Food is great and the staff is very friendly.

Overall very good. Very friendly service at the reception desk, clean bedroom and bathroom, excellent breakfasts and dinners! Sunday feijoada was amazing!!!! The building is a little outdated. Beds are in need of updating. Service and food at the bar was not so good.

Went on a family trip, the hotel has a lot of activities for all ages and share experiences with everyone. They can improve on the dinner Menu as it’s the same everyday. They also need to make their main pool heated so it can be used all year around.

The hotel facilities are great, although a little dated, but nevertheless big, spacious and with a wide range of things to visit and do.They have about 3 different places for kids to play, a beautiful pool with water slides, an indoor heated pool, a tree house, an arcade and trails, among other things to do. They also offer complete activities for kids of different ages, starting at 09:30 in the morning and ending with a show at 21:30 for the whole family.They also offer many activities for adults, such as a nice gym, pool activities, climbing wall, soccer games, trails, canopy and others.Breakfast is really good with a lot of things for you to chose from. If you go with the half board option, dinner is also included and although the food is not amazing, you have enough variety to find something you will like (menu changes by day). Half board is definitely worth its price.The hotel is very well located, close to the Brazilian waterfalls and the Argentina-Brazil border in case you would like to visit the waterfalls on the Argentinian side (recommended!). You also have a nice mall about 400 mts from the hotel.All in all, this is an amazing hotel if you are planning to go with your family, especially if you have small kids: they will just love it.The hotel staff is just great, they are always in a good mood and willing to help.

Bed was a bit hard, with too soft pillows. Service was ok, but it was hard sometimes finding a waiter or staff to help make reservations. The facilities are really nice - as is the food - and would definitely have lots of things for kids to do. Pool is nice.

This was a great family hotel choice for visiting Iguazu falls. We have a 1 year old and the hotel amazingly had a "babies room" with high chairs, milk, water, fruit, microwave, stove, cooking equipment - basically everything you need for a baby! Also, they had an amazing mini-zoo in the grounds and this whole area that seemed underused with ten pin bowling, a cinema, disco area. Great facilities and great choice except the pools aren't heated which meant it was too cold for our little one, and the Italian restaurant was closed the night we wanted to go with no explanation.

Very noise room, close to an Exit to a garden. Front desk took too much time to find my reservations and has placed me very far from my friends room. Could not find another room to change. I believe they were overbooked.

This is an amazing hotel and property. Not only was the facility clean and beautiful, but the staff was so helpful! Be sure to take the time to walk the nature trails. You will see the beautiful grounds, which include fruits and veggies that are grown on property for use at the hotel and you might even spot some of the beautiful area animals.

Spacious, comfortable rooms, nice pool area and amazing breakfast.

I recently attended a conference and stayed here at the Bourbon Cataratas. I especially loved the park and the mini zoo at the hotel. It is definitely a place i'll come back again with the family next time round. Also being situated near the Bird Park, Falls etc made it an even more attractive place to stay for a family getaway. My only regret is not having had more time to explore the natural surroundings of Iguassu and to know the language would be an added advantage.

Would recommend to anyone, fantastic service very helpful and accomodating.

We had a good time in Iguazu and this hotel was a great place to stay. The rooms are comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the delicious dinner we had at the hotel. We used Martin Travel agency at this hotel and were pleased with their service. Would recommend the hotel to others
