Upon entering the lobby to check in. I had to listen to the front desk getting a report from a guest (who apparently lives there) about another guest (who also lives there), who was acting erratic, and causing safety concerns, before I could check in. The room was mostly clean, the linnen looked fine, but there was damage to the walls, and the baseboard heater was rusty, and dirty. For whatever reason the bedframe was a metal monstrosity that creaked and groaned, there was no ac as advertised, people were smoking out by our window, and noone was ever at the front desk including when I tried to check out. Honestly not worth the price.

Staff was very nice and friendly and competent Beds were VERY hard.. we went to store to buy an air mattress. The room was extremely hot and there was not ANY air conditioner.

Hotel homes homeless tweakers, 11 pm in the parking lot a conflict take place where a knife was pulled 6 cops showed up. Also dirty lobby smells horrible, hair in sheets. Worst hotel experience ever, would rather jump off a 10 storey building then stay another night. 0/10. DO NOT STAY HERE

Positives: friendly helpful staff, good location. Negatives: super sketchy hotel, poor condition, transient hang out. Packed up at 530am and some guy was huddled in the parking lot. As I made my final departure out the broken side door, he was hiding in the stairs at my back when going to the door. Lucky my 6’3” son was with me. He followed us out and watched. Creepy vibes.

This is not a traveller's hotel. This is a long term stay hotel. Ths outside locks do not work, the residents were already starting to party in the parking lot at 5pm when we arrived. Witnessed a confrontation in the parking lot between a long term resident and a new couple moving all their belongings into the hotel from a uhaul. We never stayed there. Checked in, looked at room and then left. The front desk attendant was very nice, graceful, helpful and understanding. I will say the hotel did refund my money, withholding a $30 cancelation fee. Which i am fine with and understand

arrived and had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to come to the front text to check us in. when the gentlemen did show up he was very nice but new and was working in more then one of the owners hotels. when got to our room door was already ajar which was concerning but found out we could lock the door. once inside the room looked nothing like the pictures online, no phone, no closet, no chairs or couch, no screen on window, no Kleenex, no ac, base board heater that was very dirty (thankfully did not have to use it), could not get ice because no bag for ice bucket, vending machines were empty, mold on bathroom ceiling, maintenance fix the rusty bad spot in the bath tub by putting some kind of clear silicone on each spot and it looked horrible and could feel it when showering. the bed was like laying on a piece of plywood with two half pillows to use request for extra pillow and was told they would bring them and never did there are people that live there and are up at all hours with no respected for others that are trying to relax. the doors to the outside do not lock so anyone can walk in the hallways I did notice there are a few cameras in the hall and if they work great but didn't feel very secure. this hotel honestly needs to be cleaned up and a lot of repair from what i can tell the owner only cares for one thing and that is to make money and over charge for a facility that is a one star

Though I was charged for it, I didn't actually stay there. The reservation was messed up. I had wanted two rooms, but only one room was available (apparently). I went to another hotel for the night and will try to communicate with OYO to get it straightened out.

Never stayed, they closed at 9pm and couldn’t get my room. They never called that they were closing at 9pm. I drove 12 hours and had to drive another 3 hours to stay at somewhere else cause they closed and locked the door.

This is a “long-term tenant” building and should not be listed as a hotel. My family and I felt very unsafe. The pictures make it look better than it really is. We were assigned room 101 and the window screen was cut, car alarms going off at 4 am, no working A/C unit, people smoking and loitering outside our room. I felt bamboozled after paying $160 to stay in an unsafe location.

Here The building exterior & interior in need of a major remodel. The carpet in the main hallway was dirty and warm. Surfaces in the room itself were clean. The worst part was the dad which was Columbia and impossible to sleep in.

I was not able to stay due to the hotel canceling my reservation 6 days before my stay andnot telling me until i was attempting to check in. However the hotel appeared to be in disrepair a broken door to the hotel hall and multiple window had half ripped screans

The heat was on,you cant do airconditioning. The screen was wripped off half way. The room was dirty, the sheets made me scratch. The t.v. wouldn't work, people left there dogs in the room.

This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had.In fact I couldn't even stay because I wasn't safe. The external. Doors into the hallway with all the rooms does not lock. The door to the room has one key which is a physical key that can be duplicated. There is no deadbull or a safety latch. There is no deadbolt or a safety latch. Anybody off the street can come walking in. Homeless hang out in the area.. The room had no heat or toilet paper had holes in the walls.And it's definitely not remodeled. I Had to pay for a room at comfort. In addition to this room which I couldn't stay in as a hotels refusing to refund. My money and Expedia leaves it up to the hotel even though it has subpar living conditions. That don't even meet the habitability standards of the state of Oregon. Travelers need to be worn before.They're stuck paying for duplicate hotels because they booked this place. No heat no security but they won't refund your money in the front desk closes at six p m

My stay was okay. The cleanliness was pretty poor but I had my own Clorox. :) The lady at the front desk was incredibly pleasant and I had no issues with having my dog there as well! Overall the stay was decent for the price.

The room was disgusting. Smells horrible. The mattress was putrid and stained. The only good thing was about it was the manager gave us a refund.

Me and my wife are disabled and had to stay on third floor no elevator limited parking didn't even see a handicap parking spot at all and in the room the broken metal bed frame and cut and stubbed my toe bathroom was smaller than pictured toilet was almost right against the wall however the staff was super helpful and friendly the cleaning person didn't put any toilet paper went to office and they were quick to grab some super nice staff the building could use some renovations

The room was not up to the mark in terms of cleanliness and safety. The absence of a fire alarm in the room is a serious concern, and the peeling paint and non-functional toilet and shower are unacceptable. It’s understandable that we were uncomfortable sleeping in the sheets and using the table due to their condition. There was no fire alarm in room, (found it next day beeping in the hallway on top of a fire extinguisher.) The place smells like it used to be a smoking room. Paint was pealing and window would not open if there was a fire. The bed was hard and has what I call spring assist. Was to afraid to sleep in the sheets. The toilet barely worked. The shower was gross, there was sticky stuff on the Table. The fount desk say they are open 4 to 6. Trying to check in at 5 and no one was there. Door says call #, so I did. Well that phone was on the desk just ringing. 20 min later they show up. No ID required for room just sign. We were given a WiFi password, for a WiFi that i was later told don't exist. We had to be somewhere at 6 so we made the mistake of not checking the room.Next day 9 am No one to be found and the office is locked. Tried many time to call the in case of emergence # no luck.came back at 4. I told manager about the fire alarm and how bad the room was and trying to get a hold of someone. He agreed with me and he joked that OYO stands for "On Your Own" and he don't recommend stay there. never received a refund

Did think I had to ask this question now adays. The hotel is not wheel chair accessible.

I should of known by the price I was paying that it wasn’t going to be that great of a place. Unfortunately it was very dirty. I’m sure they are understaffed but no reason for rooms to still be disgusting.

They first put us in a room on the 3rd floor, which would have been okay, but not only is that where they have people renting but the room specifically had a very strong pinesol smell that was overwhelming. There is no air conditioning, no fans to blow the smell out. The hallway smelled like dog and pinesol. And let's not forget there is no elevator in this place. So I spoke with the desk and they moved us to the first floor. The room smelled earthy cleanser type. Not sure if the room really got cleaned as hair was found in the tub, so did not use. Although Christine at the desk was very helpful and kind, we would never stay at this place again. I wish we had not wasted our One Key credit on this location

The toilet didn't look clean; the whole building looked run down and dirty. The general area and surroundings seemed shady. I would not stay there again.

Nothing fancy for the $$$. Bathroom still had hair all over but it was cleaned. Beds on metal frames squeeked every time you moved . Good location restaurant wise .

This place is dusgusting. there was feces on the wall next to the toilet, very obvious too, no way you'd not see it. Wooden floors very sticky. TV cutting out all the time, wifi the slowest. Probably a good place to catch covid. And you could have a conversation right thru the walls w your neighbors. This place doesnt deserve ur money, its a dump, should be health inspected. Dont expect clean sheets.

The property was o.k., but not above average. My biggest complains were the low end bed and the fact that the TV remote would not turn on/off with the remote and the sound was terrible.

So I booked this hotel last minute and it was relatively cheaper than other hotels. Probably one of the worse decisions I made. The room was not properly cleaned, the bathtub had mold growing in it, the ceiling was peeling, and worst of all the bed was like sleeping on a stone slab. We literally had to go buy an air mattress to pump up and place on top of the bed to get any type of good sleep. Also people were just smoking freely around the inside of the building and there seems to be people living from their cars in the parking lot. Overall, I won't be planning another stay here.

Our 1st time staying @ this gotel/motel. As the saying goes, "You get what you paid for". But I never imagined it would be as bad. The filth is beyond words. Dog hair all up & down the corridor & stairs including animal feces in the corridor. The bathroom & shower looked like they hadn't been scrubbed in a while. Ice machine was great but no filtered water. I was told I would have to get water from our bathroom sink. The price says it all & now I know for the future to never rent here again.
