Fabulous hotel, it is a bit on the quiet side which was perfect for us but be aware.

Very good resort. Only issue we had was we are used to a Sandals all inclusive experience. The tipping situation along with several of the restaurants required an entry fee. While the food was very good and the service was strong, all in all it cost more than we expected.

I don’t know if I would like it because I didn’t get to go. We were going to celebrate my son in laws birthday David Kelly who was also going and died August 26th… and they would not refund our money… I would think they would have at least given us a future credit to stay there…

Had an amazing time at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica!! The staff was so sweet and friendly and accommodating. The sunset views are phenomenal. Very clean and felt very safe and well cared for. It is a quieter hotel and no swimming in the ocean at this particular location but you can travel to a sister hotel for beach time. The swimming pool is large enough to space out and swim up bar is so fun. Highly recommend for a romantic relaxing get away. Adults only. Lots of excursion experiences available with transportation options. City shopping and restaurants close by. Recommend learning a few words in Spanish especially your hotel and room # Access bracelets were very helpful.

This was one of the most beautiful resorts that I've ever stayed in! The only thing better than the beautiful scenery was the staff! Everyone we had an interaction with was a breath of fresh air! My entire stay at this resort was A1!!

This was a great resort! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Such a beautiful area and beach!! The pools and amenities were very close to the rooms. The food was amazing, every meal we had was top notch! Pacifica was awesome knowing you had the other properties you could travel to freely for the market and restaurants. The butler service was nice as well if you need any help or with bookings. I have already referred this property to others! I highly recommend!

This is my first experience at an all-inclusive and I was incredibly impressed! One thing I heard about all-inclusives was the food was meh at best...that was definitely not the case here - the food was absolutely incredible, and better than most restaurants where we live! The staff was also super friendly, and the only gripe we had was the "cooking class" that we took, which coat extra money and we learned nothing - it was literally about making tacos and they already cut and prepped everything, so we just ate it. Also, we loved the fact that it was small and not a party resort. All in all though, we'd happily come back here again!

The place was nice. However for the price you pay per night the bathroom and shower in the room was very old and run down. The shampoo and soap was nasty like a motel. Not an expensive resort. Food was ok not excellent

This property was very quite and a perfect place for just adults. They provided transportation free of charge to their other properties so you could have more dining options. It is very close to the golf course. The golf is not included in the price, it just gives you access to the course if you would like. It is also not very far from downtown Cabo and the marina.

If you’re looking for a place to take it easy, eat and relax, this is your place. Not much entertainment, but you are 20 minutes away from Downtown where all the clubs are.

Don’t book this hotel unless you have no conscience and only want to get drunk at a pool. The only positive was the friendly on-site staff, who tried to make our stay bearable, though we left three days early. Before arriving, we accidentally booked an extra night with no option to change. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, the hotel was unresponsive and unprofessional. Our stay was plagued by loud events, deceptive timeshare pitches, frustrating dining experiences, and a buggy app. The hotel lacked ambience, with poorly constructed rooms and thin walls. Activities were dull, and the "free transportation" was poorly organized. The app was essential but dysfunctional, and drinks were watered down. While some food was decent, it was overly fancy with limited availability. The hotel was crowded on weekends and dead during the week. We left early, unable to relax or enjoy ourselves. This hotel fails as both a party spot and a relaxing retreat. It’s only worth considering if you’re looking to get drunk by the pool for a long weekend.

The property was stunning and very quiet which is what I was looking for. If you want some action it's a short trip to the marina and town area where things are bustling.
The only thing that was disappointing was our room that we paid for wasn't a true Ocean View too much of the resort in between you and the ocean also the queen size beds mentioned are in fact double beds
All in all great experience, but i would opt for a different resort next time in Cabo .

We were very excited to celebrate a friend’s milestone birthday at this property given the location and overall layout.
However, from check in to check out the front desk staff was just…terrible. We’ve never felt so unwelcome! So we will never stay again at a property belonging to this group.
This is a shame because many staff at the restaurants and bars were really kind.
So…great potential, but in your face bad attitude was a major turn off. With so many other options in Cabo, this is one to pass!

Very little vegetarian options. The gamble has after taste. Did not get better in 5 days, bar by pool closes at 5pm, no service. If u r in the swimming pool and want a drink u have to come out and walk to the bar that is open, get your drink and then get back in the pool. Seriously, and the cabanas are for rent only. I have never been to any all inclusive that charges for cabanas, worst experience. Total money waste.
