Very basic and small. Tucked into some industrial like area. Saving grace is gas station just 400m away and we were able to top up before our next journey as our gas was running very low.

This is a basic hotel about a 10 minute walk from Carcassonne airport. We were made welcome by friendly staff. Our bedroom was clean as was the bathroom but there was a very strong nauseating smell of drains. We had to close the bathroom door during the night. The breakfast was excellent. However we were met with a point blank refusal when we asked if we could leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours before our afternoon flight. We were told very firmly that once we had checked out we had checked out!

The cool Receptionist has put us in the wrong room as the roof was open and many birds were flying into the roof. it may be nest in the roof straight from our room. there are many poo of birds falling on the balcony near our door.
the swimming pool is lovely, but too small for swimming.
the path to Airport is not good and rough for the case to rolling.

A sort of French equivalent of a Travelodge - everything you need but no frills. Limited dining menu but several places to eat nearby, plus supermarket. Staff were very helpful and gave us advise on travelling into Carcassonne. No complaints, but nothing especially outstanding either.

We stayed here the evening before an early flight from Carcassonne airport and it offered everything we needed. Close to the airport, close to restaurants and a supermarket, friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Would happily stay here again.

Great hotel, rooms freshly decorated and painted, you can even smell the fresh painted still. Comfortable bed and beddings. Friendly welcome with smile and first thing she asked if I'll prefer to be greeted in english. Hotel has free parking that's great, next to shops and restaurants. Very good stay thank you

Low cost hotel with simple clean accommodation. Food offering is good value. 15 minute walk from the airport. Good if you need a stopover and ease of access is more important than aesthetic of area.

The Kyriad was perfect for a short stay overnight by the airport. I had a rental car so not sure if they have a shuttle or not, but they have a big free parking lot and a nice small pool. Rooms are very basic but clean. Went into Carcassonne for dinner so did not use the restaurant but there was one there, and hotel staff were very helpful and had good basic English.

We stayed overnight before travelling on to our destination. The room was perfectly adequate for our needs. There were some complimentary soaps and tea/coffee which were welcome. Staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean although it would have been good to have a working bathroom fan. Breakfast was a buffet style which had plenty of choice but was expensive for what it was. I would describe the hotel as basic but perfect for an overnight stop at the airport which is only a short walk away.

Lovely staff and very clean. Unfortunately, I decided to stay on a Sunday, not realising there’s no public transport and it costs around €15 in a taxi to and from the centre of Carcassonne. My oversight but definitely stay there again but definitely not on a Sunday!

Good price. Close to airport and buses to Carcassonne plus easy walk to supermarket. Staff nice. Basic but clean, restaurant okay but limited. Estella - five minutes walk is a nice place to eat.

The Kyriad was more like the Campanile style. For a short short stay it was ideal but bit out of the City if you don't have a car.

The hotel was easy to find, the staff were friendly and spoke good English, and the rooms were clean and reasonably comfortable. The only criticism I would make was that the shower curtain was too long, so it touched your feet and the bathroom ventilation was poor, but I was prepared to put up with that for the price. Wonder of wonders (in a French hotel), it had a kettle and drinks facilities. The self-service breakfast buffet was plentiful.

It was a great place to stay to see the lovely city before catching an early flight home. It was clean, comfortable with a great shower, TV and even a kettle; excellent value for money.

Convenient overnight location.hotel needs refurbishing, that said it was clean enough and comfortable.an overnight stop is more than enough.

Easy on and off highway; short ride to see medieval cite - eat something and then back on the road the next day. shopping center across the road. only thing they should do is shampoo the rugs once in a while. Room was quiet, good sleeping.

Room smelt of cigarettes. Restaurant admission was refused despite many free tables due to a bus party. No surrounding restaurants available. Hotel is on a fairly busy road.

I wouldn't recommend spending an entire holiday here but it's OK as a stopover and the restaurant is very good. Campanile are upgrading all their motels and it looks like this one has waited just a bit too long.
