We spect much more from Kyriad change hotels and we were a bit desilusionated

Very friendly staff. Nice hotel, bettet than some of Kyriad. Not too old. Directly at the railway station, but in our room we didn't really heared it.

Great hotel with good restaurant. Convenient for rail station and bus. Comfortable rooms with a bottle of water each day. Restaurant is busy and so a little patience needed at times as the staff there work their socks off keeping up but it’s worth it as the food and wine is good and the chef knows what he or she’s doing for sure.

Right beside the station, it could not have been better placed for us. Room very clean and comfortable, evening meal excellent, staff helpful.

Nice hotel and great room, but would be nice if we had tea/coffee making gear - was a rarity in France but now some are catching up. Excellent meal in restaurant. Only criticism, but one sufficient to give a thumbs down on hygiene, was an awful stench in the lifts: maybe sewage is leaching into the base of the shafts.

Good location with safe parking, easy walk into town and opposite the train station, restaurant food was good .

Fantastic! It was our first visit to Limoges. The hotel location was very convenient, right next to the train station (could barely hear any noise from the trains and our room was facing the tracks) and walking distance to many tourist attractions. A fabulous restaurant, with a friendly service staff. The very best value my wife and I have had in twenty years!!!

Very convenient location, big rooms, nice breakfast

Seems a recently remodelled hotel - we were pleasantly surprised with accommodation and friendliness. Good breakfast choices.

Great location next to train station. Short walk to cathedral and river. Clean and had a comfortable bed. WiFi works best in lobby. Would definitely stay there again.

It was a well equipped hotel and the rooms were a good size. It was easy walking distance of town centre with car park nearby.

Staff friendly and welcoming. Excellent hotel for overnight stopover. Opposite train station and noisy announcements began at around 06:00.

We were traveling south and needed a place for a night stop and as we knew the town from a previous visit we opted for this central hotel. The hotel is being re-decorated and there is a smell of paint in some of the public areas however our 2nd floor room was very smart and smell free. The room was good size and very comfortable. The rail station was very close but we had no problem with noise in fact the room was really quiet. Breakfast was very much as you would expect, well presented and plentiful. The secure underground car park cost an few extra Euros but was well worth if as it was raining when we arrived. Unloaded under cover and took the elevator direct to our floor. The hotel has a system which switches the lights on and off in the corridors... good for energy saving but does feel a little strange. This hotel is a little quirky but I would not hesitate to use it again

On the surface not a bad hotel. However, the bed sheets in our room hadn't been changed - there were crumbs and stains on the main sheet. The toilet room had an unmistakable smell of pee! On the bright side, the ladies at reception were very helpful and accommodating. We attempted to eat at the restaurant attached to the hotel. Upon entering it smelled of cigarette smoke. We were shown to a table and then left for more than 15 minutes without anyone asking if we'd like a drink etc. if it'd been busy then no problem, however we were the only guests!! In summary, if you can find something else, then I suggest you stay elsewhere.

Room accommodated the four of us -- two adults and two adult-sized kids. We asked for extra towels and received plenty of them. Friendly staff.

Clean, decent sized rooms, close to station but about 10-15mins walk from main city. We could see it easily from the station, not sure if there was an easier way to get there but we ended up dragging luggage across a main road, down some stairs then had to find our way from a back street to the front of the hotel.

Colour schemes were a bit odd. The control for the window shutters was not obvious, but worked OK once discovered.

Good hotel, great service, great food in restaurant. Small window in bedroom although did fully open. Had a good dinner, slept well and a great breakfast.

Business hotel works well if only staying one night. Not geared up for people who stay longer: wifi access was a problem after the first day, key card failed to work after first day.

Very nice location and perfectly located near Limoges station

A bit difficult to get to the first time if you don't know. Need to go out east exit of main train station hall across train lines and then down steps or elevator to parking lot -- then very short walk to hotel which is visible from train station.

We stayed here for 1 night in July as a mid point stop driving up through France. We booked online and did not have very high expecations as many hotels that are close to Train Stations tend to suffer from the locations. We were very surprised by the rooms, restaurant and staff at the hotel. I would have no hesitation in going back and recomending it to others. The hotel is also within a very short walking distance to the old centre of Limoges.
