One light didnt work at all. One light only worked by twisting the bulb loose. There was a family of roaches in the bathroom. Seen three different times; in the sink, tub and across the floor. The closet door was off the track. The carpet was stained in multiple spots. The state of the room was suprising because we stayed last year in a nice, clean room with no issues. It was so gross this time.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
Apparently there is an extended stay portion of this hotel or maybe even apartments. Not that that is an issue in itself, it's the people living there. There were unsupervised children running around, cars in the parking lot that looked like they had their whole house packed up in it, a burnt down car in the parking lot.... It wasn't as "picture perfect" as you would expect from the listing. The front door of the room had about an inch gap in the bottom and the dead bolt barely closed. Someone could easily push the front door open if they really wanted to. Then when looking out the window at man that had been wandering aimlessly around, he sat at the bench across from my room and lit up a c**k pipe. We immediately left, never even staying longer than 15 minutes after being at the property. Hotel would not refund ANY money for a 2 night stay because we did not cancel 24 hours in advance. Like we knew the place was going to be a dump. The pictures make it looks safe and beautiful. I learned a hard lesson... Always read the reviews before booking!

Out of the rest in Anaheim, its a very odd place, invest in a better hotel. Hard to get parking in the night, it be full , really full. Sketchy people but from what it is, its manageable

I don’t recommend anyone staying here. We were completely caught off guard upon arrival. Its like 2/3 of the hotel has large loud inconsiderate families permanently living there and only small section connected to office is actual hotel rooms still. Parking was horrible because those families hang out in the parking spots with chairs and many cars ended up being parked in red fire zones. As others said, there is still a burnt vehicle in one of the parking spots. People had loud music in the common area and there were unattended children running around everywhere. Lots of yelling that even the maid asked people to stop fighting/yelling and they ignored her. The rooms itself were gross too. Barely clean, the tv in one room barely worked. Hot water barely lasted for one quick 10 min shower so horrible if multiple in one room. Honestly, had we had the money, we would’ve left the first day. Don’t be deceived by the pictures and probably fake good reviews.

Disgusting rooms, shady parking lot, and smelled like mold. People were living here permanently. Drugs and prostitution happening where you park your car. The rooms were filthy. Carpet sticky and stains all over the chairs. There was a huge family that appeared to be living here as they kept the door open and their kids had little cars/bikes and were riding them in the hallway. Screaming and yelling at all hours of the day ( not hotels fault they had annoying guests) but it was just the cherry on top. Glad we only stayed here two nights. Was tempted to book somewhere else but nothing was available so last minute. Will never stay here again.

There was debris on rhe floor when we got to the room.card keys kept deactivating. We never got any house keeping had to use the same towels for 5 days. Bought our own toilet paper. The coffee maker didnt work( missing parts) . There were minor kids running around the property at all different hours. They were playing a dice game under our window and broke one of the patio tables. Management sidnt seem to mind the noise after 10 pm , but we didnt get any rest. The hallways were full of crumbs, trash, kids toys and shoes by stairs that i stepped on and twisted my knee. There was also a child running around with no pants! It was absolutely unacceptable

Had to move rooms cause the jets for the jacuzzi wouldn't work and there was alot of people staying up all night outside the room making noise all night

It’s more like an apartment home and nobody in the area is respectful to the guest that are staying there for vacation because they treat it like they’re home and all you hear is people partying and screaming all hours of the night

Do NOT stay here. Drugs being sold all night in the parking lot. Broken glass all over. You won’t sleep. We stayed four nights. No hot water, we let the front desk know and they sent someone up and nothing changed. We complained every single day and nothing changed. We asked for maid service every single day and none for four days. Lots of trash, no towels, dirty as can be and a front desk that will ignore any requests. We didn’t get any service for four days, zero hot water for four days and on the last night a man kept trying to break into our room and all they would do was “check the cameras”
Our kids couldn’t sleep all night out of fear because people kept knocking and trying to open the door. We called the police and nothing changed. The manager won’t show up and talk and somehow Expedia doesn’t do anything about it. Please do not bring kids here. IT IS NOT SAFE. i wish we had had another option. Shame on Expedia for doing nothing.

Where should I begin!! Let’s start with the pictures online are SO Deceiving!!! The property is VERY DATED!!! The room I booked was supposed to be non-smoking. The minute we opened the door, you were overwhelmed with the smell. I asked the front desk about it, his response was he could spray the room but we would need to leave??? So he offered another room. Well that one didn’t smell like smoke, but was not much better. The carpet is dirty, the furniture was dirty and broken, the bathroom has rust and mold. There was a crack in the ceiling that looked like a water leak. The door had a crack all the way around you could hear EVERYTHING. The swimming pool was a mess, the hot tub had mold all over. I could go on but I think you get the picture!!!!

I ablways forget to get his name but the night check in host has always been phenomenal whether it be checking in, checking out, finding a much more suitable room that is both safe and freeing but secure and relaxing.
The man (apologies if those are not your pronouns) deserves a huge bonus and an well over due raise for his outstanding work to the hotel and for always going above and beyond for all, current , potential, and visiting guests.

We got to our room and it smelled like cigarettes. My 1 yr old nephew found a small bag of some type of looking white substance. The first floor people live here and do not maintain cleanliness. No elevator, pool was disgusting dark and food laid around pool area. I asked to switch rooms non smoking. They gave us another room. It didn’t smell like cigarettes but the beds were hard. We saw what looked like prostitities hanging around. Online looks nice but in person the most disgusting hotel. We felt unsafe but it was already late to leave and we had a blackout at home so we stayed one night checked out really ealry. Not to mention the yelling and screaming at night. It was scary place for sure.

There was a huge family right out side my door till 1am making a lot of noise, they had about 20 kids running around the parking lot, it would of been nice if the staff told them something, like thats not safe, and have some common Courtesy for the other guest. In the morning we went to leave and there was just trash everywhere. Its not really the hotels fault they had such inconsiderate group staying there, but i do feel like they could of put a stop to it.

STAY Far away from this "hotel". If we did not have an event and were limited on time, we would have looked somewhere else to stay. The first room we got was already occupied as we attempted to open the door. The second room had mold in the bathroom, trash in the drawers, and a malfunctioning a/c in 100 degree heat. Their housekeeper came to look at the a/c and told us to just flip the breaker every time it stopped working. No offer to switch rooms again. There are families that love there, so no peace and quiet. My husband and I witnessed prostitution, physical altercations, and drug dealings. We complained several of times and nothing was done. No offer for a refund, etc. Completely unsafe and needs to be removed as a listing on Expedia. I will be filing the proper complaints with authorities and Department of Public Health.

I stayed here last year it was not bad so we decided to stay here again this year for a few days on our Disneyland trip Never again! Staff is nice but that place is so sketchy so much weirdos coming in and out the pool was so dirty I felt like there was bad business going on there didn’t feel safe staff was great tho

It was mediocre but you get what you pay for. The parking to check in is miserable and the code box is on the wrong side of the entrance into the property so you have to play Tetris with other cars to get in and out. Also, the gate hit the back of my car. Instead of not closing while obstructed it continued to close and hit my car. We asked for late check out and it was approved but housekeeping tried to enter our room while we were undressed. Overall the cleanliness and property was average.

I unfortunately was not able to stay at this hotel. I believe it is an extended stay hotel with several families living there . As we drove into the property in the parking lot there was several small children. Toddler age running around unattended. Very dangerous as they were dashing into tradffic. There were people congregating outside of the rooms . Speaking extremely loud . Almost thought they were arguing . There was towels hanging off of banisters . Seeing all the people outside of their rooms watching the guests as they are driving in and not monitoring their children. We did not feel safe. We had to leave right away. Please be aware of what you’re booking

I booked this “hotel” for three nights on 8-10 august 2024 and lasted 2 hours before checking out and moving elsewhere. I attended for check in at 4pm, an hour after it opened, my room was still not ready and when I attended was being “cleaned”, however the room was still dirty, the wardrobe door was off the hinges, the tv wasn’t working and the cleaner apologised and said one of the Armenian gypsy families who had overtaken the hotel had just moved out of the room. The hotel was filthy, smelt, and there were a number of shady characters around. The toilet wouldn’t flush and got clogged. My Uber driver believes that it’s become a residential facility for gypsys and those on low-income. Pictures did not match with the reality. I wouldn’t ordinarily leave a review, but warning those who think they can stay here because they’ll be out and about during the day at Disney, to not bother as the few hours of sleep won’t happen due to lack of peace of mind being here.

The staff was extremely nice and tried to do their best so I wish I could give a better review But I would never choose this hotel again. The rooms are not disgusting, definitely not deep cleaned though. They do not provide room service unless asked for each time. The parking lot is full all the time due to other guests having family parties every day. I believe some people live there as there is a broken down car on bricks in the lot. The family parties are loud each night, kids running all over unsupervised yelling and banging on doors. Fights and loud music will keep you up. We had 2 very large bugs that the staff said was water bugs not cockroaches, and lots of flies and mosquitoes due to the food that is left out from the parties. Over flowing dumpster at all times. The pool is not clean. The good: nice staff, cold and quiet AC and the curtains are truly black out style. Those are the only reasons I didn’t give 1 star.

The only thing that I liked was0 the size of the family suites. What I disliked was the lack of parking space. The parking lot is gated which seems useless because there was a homeless person inside the gated area. Also, the hotel seems to house "guest" for extended stays, they have multiple cars which leave no space for other guest, and these "guest" are very rude. I had to park overnight in the front lot, a 20 minutes zone parking area. The carpet in the room is old and dirty, some of the furniture seen to have some water damage.
