The room was supposed to be ready at 3pm. They had one ready on the second floor, but I requested one on the first floor because I’m disabled. The lady desk clerk said that the room would be reads in 20 minutes. We waited for an hour and the room was still not ready. The lady desk clerk said it was because they only had one housekeeper for the whole three story building. We waited almost an hour. We had to leave and could not wait any longer for the room to be ready. When we left that gentleman who was the desk clerk, said that they would give us extra points because of the inconvenience. When we came back at 8:30 at night, the room was ready. but when we came back at 8:30, I asked yhe man desk clerk how their points worked and how the credits were going to work and he changed his story and said he was going to let the manager know and they’ll decide if was going to get get extra points or not. So on one side, they offer us something for our inconvenience and on the other side, they turned and took it away. The pool was filthy and filled with dirt There was leaves and debris throughout the pool. The hot tub was green and it looked like there was no chlorine in it at all. The hot tub was also super hot to the point my skin felt like it was burning. The whole pool experience was horrible. The breakfast was great and coffee, tea and such a available all the time was great. I was very disappointed because I paid an extra more to stay there just for the pool that I couldn’t enjoy

Room key was not working I have to make few trips to the front desk then they told me the room is not ready it’s was 5:45pm and the room had foot printed on the floor.

Property was clean and quiet even though it was under an updating/ construction process when I stayed.
Breakfast was good… options ranged from pancakes and eggs to oatmeal, and yogurt.
Area was safe and walkable (if that’s your thing) to restaurants, coffee and grocery stores.

I was shocked to find out the hotel is right next to a railroad. I asked for a quiet room away from the ice machine and elevator, but ended up facing the train tracks instead. I spent the whole night listening to trains blaring their horns! Even after switching rooms the next day, I could still hear them. If you're noise-sensitive, you might want to steer clear of this place!

It was under construction. Our room was new , but no working phone, window covered with plastic. Had to go to the desk for the tv remote, only the first floor had an ice machine. Forget napping either day.. construction was loud. They should have offered a discount on the $179 per day fee i was charged

The room was spacious, breakfast decent.
The pullout sofa bed was uncomfortable as per my son but the worst issue was the room faced a railway junction and every 1-2 hr a train passes blaring the horn throught the night.The room only had single paned windows. So between the pullout bed and the noise from the train my son barely slept and he had an important test the next day that is the reason we stayed in the hotel, thankfully he did fine.

Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. A/C was quiet and worked great. Place was pretty quiet overall. Housekeeping was terrible. Our room didn't start off with enough towels. Only had 2 coffee pods. Had to go get them from front desk. After the first night, housekeeping came in and only emptied the garbage cans. Beds were not touched, shower was not cleaned. No coffee pods were left and again not enough towels. Dirty coffee cups from the day before were not even taken off the counter and thrown away. Didn't even remove used dirty towels from the floor. No vacuuming. Hallways could use vacuuming too. I don't know what they train the staff to do, but apparently it's just to say they got the room done in 2 minutes.

My check in was a bit stressful it was my first time getitng my own hotel.
The lady wasnt so helpful in chrcking me in i bleive melisa was her name. She wasnt so friendly a little rude wasnt very helpful for questions. Luckily another recpetionist jasmin realy realy helpful very nice friendly answered all my questions to her best.

Our room was not cleaned or refreshed daily. Had to ask for clean towels and trash dumped. Was told our room would be completely cleaned the following day and it was NOT. The room was comfortable but is in need of remodel, very old especially the bathrooms.
