We upgraded to a suite and it was wonderful!!! I highly recommend it!

Overall, we really like staying at the Delano. The hotel staff is always very friendly and it’s definetly more private than the Mandalay Bay attached. The bad thing was The carpet… especially in the livingroom was very dirty. Stains everywhere and the couch was dirty too.

Did not love the umbrellas for the Lifeguards they may need to be replaced as the birds messed them up they could be a little larger white preferably

Very difficult to find a self for parking. Getting to the hotel is a hassle because of the construction going on. Nothing is free inside your room even water. They charge $16 if you want to have room coffee that you make yourself.

We have stayed at this property and have chosen to return. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is that the room I got this time is showing some aging/wear. I do feel very comfortable staying at the Delano. The staff is consistently exceptional. There are several dining options at the companion hotel, Mandalay Bay.

Beautiful hotel, but they don’t offer free water and the weather conditions were exceptionally HOT! I wanted to stsy here for the wave pool and it was broken. They fail to tell you things like this. I was charged $15 for opening the fridge in the room, even though I didn’t eat anything out of it! I had to explain this to the front desk. Disappointing.

We were here for an event with our teenager and I was so happy the hotel was quiet, clean and rooms were spacious. You could easily walk to the Mandalay Bay casino for great dining and entertainment. I would definitely stay here again.

Delano was close to venue for volleyball, pools were nice, food options were nice, just be prepared to walk long distances to absolutely every place.

Conflicting information on room reservations and charged extra upon check in, extra charges for everything chair and umbrella at pool even after paying resort fee, extremely crowed at pool, not pleasant, bad lighting in rooms, very dark lobbies and can't even read emergency signs in lobbies. No personal use of fridge in room, unless they charge you extra and bring in another fridge.

I didn't like that you couldn't use the refrigerator in the room. I have a son that has to have medication in the fridge, so they had to bring a medical fridge to the room.
Also, do you really need to charge for coffee in the room? kinda ridiculous. other than that it was fantastic.

Loved this suite hotel for 4 adults! 1 1/2 bathrooms was a nice surprise. Its connected to 3 other hotels, a mall, a casino and a nice variety of restaurants. Delano was a quieter area and the Skyfall bar and lounge had a beautiful view! I’ve only stayed in 2 other hotels and this is my favorite by far!!
