Room was spacious and very clean. Staff was very nice. Good value for the money. Would come back anytime

We were disappointed in the breakfast closure rush to move guests out of the area before 9 am.

Customer Service was awful! Called a week before for a late check out, spoke to the manager. She said 12 and if we needed to even stay in the lobby until out boys baseball fane at 3 we could and she would hold our luggage even if we wanted to go for lunch. The night we checked in I again checked with the young boy at the desk and he said it was marked late check out. The next morning at 10:30 not even 11 I walked out of the shower in a towel to a man in my room removing bed sheets. I asked what he was doing and he said we thought you checked out! He left and 10 minutes later the housekeeper knocked on the door said oh I thought this room was vacant! Finally the lady at the front desk came up knocked and said we have to be out by 11. I told her we had a late check out for 12 and she said we did not and had to leave. I told her it was put in by the manager a week ago and the boy last evening said it was marked and confirmed it. She said it was not marked and asked how soon we can be out of the room. I told her I wasn't leaving until 12. On our way out of the hotel at 11:45 two ladies behind the desk in the side room where talking. The one said I don’t care if they F- - -ing fire me I will have a long weekend and have a new job by Monday. And there were kids in the lobby! Totally unacceptable!

It was a very good stay. Everything was in great condition and the staff was very courteous.

convenient to dining & shopping. friendly staff. by far this is the cleanest hotel ive stayed. when i stay at a hotel i look for signs of a lazy cleaning crew. i found none here. this was excellent. i felt confident my room was cleaned properly. the bathroom was modern and clean. beds were comfy & the ac unit worked fine. even the filters were clean. the breakfast offered was top notch. not the typical hotel food, this had flavor. it was better than any pancake house ive had in the pigeon forge area. dont let the price fool ya, this is an excellent hotel. id definitely stay here again.

Nice people and service. Comfy beds. However there was dried blood on the sheets, mold on the shower curtain and no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom.

Checkin was amazing and guest services was wonderfully polite, courteous, and down to earth. We felt welcomed and comfortable while staying and would recommend the location to anyone (including ourselves for our future stays in the area).

The front desk was so friendly and welcoming. They gave suggestions on where to eat. Offered help to us as my husband was in crutches. Room was great and breakfast was awesome.

The kids really enjoyed the pool, and I enjoyed the hot tub. The hotel was little outdated, and the room had a little odor. But the price was really good.

Nice hotel and clean

Family time, Pool time. Came out of town to spend the weekend with my daughters. Indoor pool was great. Hot tub was wonderful. The lady running front desk that evening was very nice and super friendly. Definitely a keeper. Room was well cleaned and bathroom as well. Well stocked and hot breakfast was good as well. Definitely coming back when in town.

We enjoyed the location of our hotel, Right off the highway. It was a spacious room that was overall clean, with a few small housekeeping issues. We enjoyed the pool in the evenings and appreciated it staying open late. Breakfast had a large variety of options.

Comfortable beds. Quiet. Night desk manager was excellent. Breakfast way below others in this class of hotel. The “eggs” were rubbery and had a strange taste, not like eggs. One flavor of yogurt, the super-sugary kind. No oatmeal. Coffee was decent.

Hard to get to. Road is not well marked to “turn here for motel”. I passed it, did a u-turn, and then almost turned into a car lot. The road name is not very big either.

This hotel does everything right! Clean lobby, pool area and room. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. The Jacuzzi was a great way to end the night.

The hotel claimed to be smoke-free but it took us changing rooms twice to find a room that didn't smell terribly like smoke. The staff was very nice about it but was rather frustrating. The third room was nice and comfortable.

Check in associate very friendly and informative. Room/bed comfortable. Towels wonderful. It would be helpful to have instructions for the two TV remotes. Plentiful stations to watch March madness Bathroom door needs doorstop bangs into shower rod, Good breakfast - scrambled eggs , grits , sausage , bread , biscuits , apples , oranges , yogurt , packaged oatmeal .

Rooms were clean and updated and the bed was comfortable.

This place has really become a home away from a home for my wife and I. We are always treated well at this property, and won't even consider any other in the area.
