Location was great if there hadn’t been a folk / ale festival taking place. It was so noisy !

It was a bit noisy as live band in the pub . . The fan was useful but grubby !

Breakfast was very good. The Hotel was right in the middle of the town which was excellent. There was no parking at the hotel itself but the town centre car park was 100 yds away and so quite convenient, you had to pay to park between 0800 and 1800 but you could prepay in the evening so you didn't have to rush off to pay in the mornings.

It was comfortable but very tired
and wouldn’t of liked it if I had a young child as there was a few hazards
But for the price we paid we had no complaints.

Eggs Benedict were freshly cooked and tasty. Waitress at breakfast was friendly.
Location is good
Room was too small for a double - eg no room for bedside cabinets. Claustrophobic.
No hand towels, refill containers for toiletries.
Breakfast very limited - no cereals, fruit, yoghurts, croissants, and instant coffee sachets with hot water from an urn!

Lovely staff who could not do enough to help and room was very comforatable. Breakfast was great too and check out was very easy. No issue at all with noise level from the bar.
Only criticism would be there was an issue with the door lock which made it difficult to get in and the bathroom shower had quite a bit of black mould.

Staff were friendly and breakfast very good.
There was no hot water or shower. When reception arrived at 8am told this has happened before. Contacted hotel afterwards and no reply.

Basic accomodation although this is reflected in the price. Have stayed twice before but this time our room was much smaller especially as we had large dog with us. Tight squeeze beside each side of the bed so no room for bedside tables. Very noisy when running taps and flushing the toilet.

Food Was Very Good
The Live Music Until Gone Midnight We Wasn’t Aware Of, The Windows in Our Room We’re Vibrating Being Located Directly Above The Live Band. Very Noisy Location. No Blackout Curtains As Advertised. No Blind For Privacy In Bathroom Regardless of Glass and So Cold in There. Shower Was Very Difficult/Stiff To Turn On. The Lighting In Hallway Leading To The Room Didn’t Work. The Room Has Had a Lick of Paint but Could Really Do With a New Carpet, This Same Carpet Was Featured in 4 in a Bed in 2014! Lack of Staff but Both Ladies we Did See we’re Very Polite and Attentive

Nice quiet sunny room that was sorely needed as we struggled to recover from head colds. We have previously stayed somewhere else and this was a good alternative.
Unfortunately the hotel does not offer parking and Sandwich only has a paid public car park about 300 metres away with a 24 hour time limit. Our previous hotel had a small car park.

Access to the room from the pub was spot on. The room was just upstairs. The pub was welcoming. Warm & comfortable. The food was great. The pub was spacious and even had a dartboard & pool table.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was ample and tasty. The coffee was amazing. I loved the music bar. We did not hear any noise from the bar inn our room
The Sunday dinner was lovely. We had a lovely weekend and will be back.

Little annoying points that easily fixed. The shower control was very stiff and really difficult to control. Strip light broken in bathroom. Great breakfast but served on stone cold plate

We were made welcome as soon as we arrived.The room was large enough,TV was a lot bigger than you normally get.Breakfast was ample and staff were polite and friendly

Convenient location & not too expensive
Shower needed a good clean, lots of black grout where it should have been white. Shower control very stiff, my partner couldn't turn it on or off.
