We know the block well having lived nearby all the staff very helpful we were upgraded from an apartment to a two bed townhouse nice surprise we would definitely return

House of horrors concerning cleaniness! The apartment had not been cleaned for a very long time, thus there were spiderwebs (with the dead insects included) and a terrible smell to stagnant black water... if your do not mind some deep household cleaning work upon arrival, this property may be for you

Trip taken during Covid lockdown w/5 family members. Good location, Clean Room and had full kitchen equipment. not happy about paying for parking but only 5Euro per day. Overall well worth the money.

Lovely well equipped town house with two bedrooms and lots of outside space. We were right next to the children’s play area which was perfect. Stayed in a ground floor apartment last year and both were really well equipped for cooking and had a dishwasher with 2 tablets provided. Complex is kept really clean and smart and feels secure. Worth noting that due to the marble staircase I would avoid a town house with very young children. Having said that it was perfect for us and we will definitely return.

The property on the whole was very good. The grounds were very nice and well cared for, with 3 pools to choose from. The communication from Chris was excellent too. I was not impressed that they charged 20 euros to book a taxi for us! Next time I will arrange my own.

Great place was absolutely love and great value for money. Will be returning again 100%. Italian receptionist from Napoli very helpful. Can’t recommend it enough.

Very nice place, quiet and close to Puerto Banus. In the area you can find supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy etc... It should improve the gym room and the swimming pool... I enjoyed my vacation here😁

Good location, nice restaurant's Bar's and local supermarket all within walking distance.

Good location and facilities. Really well equipped and very clean. Resort very well looked after. Plenty of restaurants near by. Only negative was ‘heated’ cover pool was still very cold!

Location is reasonable to walk to local shops and down to port area if you are dont mind a few hills. Complex is quiet and well set out around a number of pool areas. Apartment was ok but bed in main bedroom was uncomfortable and we slept in the single beds in 2nd bedroom, also the sofa had seen better days. Extra costs for parking in complex and use of safe in apartment.

Apartment was well equipped and basically OK. We were supposed to have received a clean in our time there, but didnt! Noise was supposed to be kept to a minimum after a certain time of night, but wasnt and wasnt monitored! Overall tho, you get what you pay for!!

In general a good place to stay if you just want to swim with the kids. Good grounds and pool and a few restaurants and bars near but beyond that pretty you need a car.

Aloha resort offers accommodation in a peaceful and relaxing location. The facilities were limited for families although for a week away and a roof top terrace, we seemed to cope well. The 2 bedroom townhouse was spacious and had all the facilities we would need. The resort is set behind a row of restaurants and bars although as you are set back we heard no noise. A great resort if your looking for a week away from it all. One tip would be to hire a car - we used firefly from the airport who were excellent. Without the car the days out would be limited as its a good 20 minute walk to Puerto banus. We parked at the front with no problems so didn't need to use the charged car park.

We checked in early and the receptionist was very accommodating. She took our number and called 1h30 later to let us know that the apartment was ready. In the meantime, she offered the gym facilities for us to refresh which was very much appreciated as we travelled with a young child. However, the apartment smelled badly of stale cigarettes! The grounds are very well kept and you are only a 20 minutes walk to Puerto Banus which is very handy, 2 supermarkets near by with decent choices , again you can walk to both of them. There are a few restaurants/bar at the bottom of the apartments and we had lunch on arrival , food as excellent. The only major issue is that the website advertises heated pool and hence the reason why we chose it. However, it was not and we were explained that one pool is heated but that it takes a few day to warm up and they only start it at the end of October.

Overall very nice location, near nice bars/ restaurants. Apartment was lovely only let down was the beds were very uncomfortable!

NO INTERNET NO INTERNET NO INTERNET. Terrible rooms, dirty and ugly. Nice service at the reception and nice garden and swimming pool.

We have stayed here many times over the past 6 or 7 years - It's still as good as ever, and we would not hesitate to recommend it

Enjoyable....clean hotel...located in beautifully calm neighborhood. The only thing I disliked that I asked to fix the window of my room (couldn't open it) ; for some reason they didn't respond. Other than that Aloha Gardens is a perfect place for families and individuals to spend their vacations in.

Standard of accommodation far exceeded expectation. Attached house on three levels set in exquisite gardens.

This place is not a hotel.It's a timeshare that rents out condos.The condos are great.We had a 2 bedroom,2 bath,living room and full size kitchen with washer.No dryer-hang clothes from clothes hanger inside.Not allowed to hang laundry out side.Nice patio in back with patio furniture.Courtesy loaf of bread-1/2 dozen eggs,coffee,tea in kitchen.3 swimming pools to use.Parking in secured garage for small fee per day.Garbage pick up in AM.No room service or maid service.Felt like home.Wanted to stay longer.Will return.

We went to aloha gardens for 3 nights, we booked it as a hen party of 8 and had an amazing time! On arrival the receptionist could not have been anymore helpful if she tried. We had a lovely 3bed apartment, I still can not believe the value for money. Will definitely return and recommend the bar next door (living room) for drinks and food.

This accommodation is excellent! It is spacious & very well equipped. The two bathrooms & cloakroom were clean & had towels & soap supplied. The kitchen had everything needed for self catering. All the saucepans, kettle, toaster etc appeared to be almost new. Tea towels, dishwasher soap & washing machine detergent were supplied. A cleaner turned up every day to collect rubbish. The grounds were well looked after, & although we didn't use the swimming pools, they looked very inviting! The beds were reasonably comfortable. There was plenty of wardrobe space. It is conveniently placed for Puerto Banus where our son lives & works, so we have every intention of returning in the very near future. There are some shops nearby & some very good restaurants. It is almost essential to have use of a car, although it is just within walking distance of local shops. There is a very good golf course close by. We highly recommend this property.

Hotel apartments are very pleasant, and we had a great holiday. However, I would recommend you try to arrive during daylight when the Reception is open. Contacting hotel Reception by phone in advance from UK to get the access details for late arrival proved very difficult, and also it was not easy to find the place in the dark for the first time, without a proper map. In the end, we got there and all was well, but I would not recommend a late night arrival.

We got a shock when we arrived at reception, as it looked like a seriously run down property. We collected our keys,drove around the back to our parking space, and on entering the actual resort, were delighted to find our beautiful 2 bed apartment that was very large, spotless, and had everything needed for a self catering break. The staff called daily to collect rubbish, and were very friendly. My only gripe is that the beds were a bit "creaky, and noisy" so we did'nt really get a comfortable sleep. It is a very pretty resort, and we will certainly be going back.

Great apartment - of a higher standard than expected. Nicely kitted out and great views. Only two downsides to the complex - one was that there are lots and lots of steps - so when carrying suitcases it was hard going, and the other is that it is a bit out of town. Taxi service was reasonable though - 8 euros in the port.
