Hotel reception staff exceptionally helpful and informative. Room had nice décor and was peaceful despite overlooking the square. Great central location.

The staff were amazing - so friendly & helpful, lots of information at check in and then at breakfast there was somebody ready to help with any plans etc Our room was lovely and a real oasis to come back to - we had a hot tub on a roof terrace which was great and the terrace was pretty roomy! There are communal terraces, as well as a spa which was an added bonus and a small outside swimming pool. Breakfasts were delightful - always something a bit different on the buffet every day.

The only thing we can think of is that we were not too keen on the roughness of the throws on the bed - a sort of hessian fabric.

The staff super helpful and friendly, the breakfast was good with new things every day. Location was super central, Alcudia is lovely and magic. It's clean, there's a Spa.

Nowhere to dry clothes in the room. The bathroom in the room is weird and toilet seat too high.

Beautiful hotel, what really makes this hotel is the staff that run it, we were a large party and they booked all our restaurants, and a hire car for us, it made the holiday very relaxing. Genuinely very friendly people ,thank you Damian, Rianne & Diego .

All the Forum staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect. The location of the hotel is great and we enjoyed sitting out the front in the evenings. All the facilities were clean and modern. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Our room was lovely, well decorated and the balcony was an added bonus.

The breakfast was amazing with plenty of sweet and savory options. We were pleasantly surprised to find out the spa was free. The hotel was central to the old town and our room was very quiet. Diego at the front desk spent quite a bit of time telling us which places to check out and which ones weren't worth our time. Small incident on cleanliness but they were very quick to address our issues.

Our favorite place in Alcudia, we’ve stayed at the Forum 3 times now. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The spa has everything you’d need from a spa and more. The reception staff are always welcoming and accommodating to our needs. Thank you for another wonderful stay, Forum!

Wow what an experience! Amazing hotel, amazing staff and perfect location if you want to be in the midst of Alcudia old town. Thank you to Diego, Rihanne and Damiá for making our stay in Mallorca so enjoyable. The service was the best I’ve experienced in any hotel I’ve been to. I 100% recommend staying here, 10/10! The hotel provides a fantastic breakfast and offered gluten free options for my girlfriend who is coeliac. P.S thank you again for the free room upgrade 😉

What can I say - perhaps the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Perfect location at the heart of the old town (yet felt like a quiet sanctuary). Beautifully decorated and themed. Perfectly clean. By far the best thing about Forum is the staff - they were all super genuine and extremely helpful from check in to check out. Spa facilities are excellent. The pool is small but perfect for a boutique hotel in the heart of the old town. Breakfast was good - a good selection to choose from. Bicycle hire available directly from the hotel which was a plus. Diego, Rianne, Damian, and the ladies, thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Superb hotel staff; informative, helpful and efficient and very likeable too! Varying and filling breakfast every morning. Lovely little accessible pool to cool off, which was necessary in the heat of summer. Walk in shower was delightful. Cleaning staff on hand every day. Well set out roof terrace too. The location was also ideal, just right to pop back to throughout the day.

I am being super picky here...but perhaps a few things could enhance things even further. 1. Program the smart tv to stop turning on every time you enter the room - and provide it with some simple apps (such as Netflix). 2. Free supplies of bottled water. A nice perk. 3. One more umbrella as an option for the pool area (from two to three). As most people there wanted the sun-loungers in the shade. Honestly though, you were such a super hotel and I feel bad even suggesting little improvements!

This is one of the best hotels that I've ever been to. The decoration and the quality of everything in the room and common areas is remarkable. The service was impressive, from the receptionist to everyone serving breakfast. The food tasted amazing and every morning there was something different to enjoy. It seems that the owners paid attention to every detail, like they have thought of everything the guests might need or like. The location is perfect just in the centre of Alcudia close to elegant restaurants and bars. The pool area is an intimate spot to finish your days relaxed and the included spa is very complete with a jacuzzi, dry sauna, steam room, etc. Good job to all the staff of Forum Hotel!!

I think the only thing to improve is the quality of the toiletries.

I loved everything about this hotel! The minute we walked through the front door, Rianne gave us a warm greeting and was very informative. Rianne made our stay at this hotel an amazing one! Breakfast, our upgraded room, and the location were all superb!

There is absolutely nothing that my husband and I didn't like about this hotel.

very clean with a lovely team. lovely relaxed outside space.

a lot of internal noise due to the Cental stairwell reception and restaurant echos up the building. also we could hear the building next door through the wall of our room.

It’s all very well designed! From the looks to the functionality. Great breakfast choices, a spa!, bike rentals, the most comfortable bed, very serene pool area and very attentive staff!

The water of the pool is veryyyy cold and the shower doesn’t work that well in the pool area :(

Excellent location, phenomenal cleanness, superb breakfast. But the staff deserves a mention on its own. I rarely see such dedicated, friendly, and helpful hotel personnel. Starting from conversation and preparing cocktails, to helping out during breakfast. Absolute gem of a hotel. Will not have to even think for a second, if I'm ever back to Alcudia.

Everything but stand out points are the staff. Damia, Diego and Rianne are simply fabulous as are the rest of the team. Thanks again for making our short time with you very special.

More bathroom space would have been better, eg two sinks and more surface areas. Water pressure in shower could be stronger.

Incredible service, everything was perfect.

The breakfast was lovely. What I liked the most (besides many other things) was fresh orange juice, local specialities or selection of seasonal fruits. The room was spacious and very well designed. The whole hotel was newly renovated. It combines the authentic stone houses you find all around Mallorca with modern Scandinavian design. The location is also great. Just on the side of a romantic small square inside the old town. The spa is also just the right size with jacuzzi, sauna, steam and some more water procedures. It is not at all a negative as the town is quite small but be aware that the parking is outside the old town walls. And then you walk to the hotel. The most welcoming part were the people at the hotel. Really friendly with personal attitude, always helpful. Thank you!

Great old building, great rooms, breakfast lobby and SPA area.

Super friendly staff made us feel so welcome in this beautiful and comfortable property. All areas are tasteful with a touch of luxury. We loved the spa area and enjoyed time on the roof terrace. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location was spot on - in the heart of the walled old town and the staff couldn’t have done more to make our stay in Alcudia a highlight.
