All of the staff were phenomenal. We loved the proximity to town and the area in general. The aesthetic of the hotel is gorgeous.

The property was great and close enough to walk to the great shopping and restaurants. The people there were so kind and helpful; they had drivers that made me feel very safe. The breakfast was excellent!

My wife and I are so happy to have stayed at this location! From the second you arrive they make you feel like you are their only guests! Every single employee there that we had contact with was amazing and we felt they were genuinely helpful and amazing to deal with! They were so great that we even extended our stay for an additional 3 days! We can’t say enough about the way it’s run and super excited to come back and see their delightful faces again! The Katikies property is a beautiful one, although still under a lot of construction. We did get a room upgrade but had issues with our room including jacuzzi heater not working the first 2 nights and refrigerator not working the first 2 and a half. Our wine was hot the entire trip bc of it. While views were breathtaking, we didn’t experience the best service for a 5 star hotel. Had to repeat our breakfast, dinner and drink orders 2-3 times and this is not a joke. Some of the items we ordered didn’t even come out at times. Drinks would come 15-20 mins after we ordered and one even came out with a hair and we had to send it back. While it is off season, we just expected for it to be a bit secluded and in turn we could get better service but that was contrary to what happened. Even the 2-3 times we went to the front desk, we were told to wait on them even though there were 4-5 staff members in the room. Not sure if only 1-2 could answer the questions but it wasn’t very organized or professional.

The property had a spectacular view and equally great service. While the price point is a bit high, we were surprised at a $450 charge to use the indoor pool for 30 minutes.

Kirini Santorini is a beautiful hotel. Quiet and comfortable and clean. The views are unbelievable. It is a must stay.

Loved this hotel in Santorini. Service is excellent, especially Vasilis who was very attentive and provided wonderful recommendations. It is on the quieter side of Oia which we preferred, but you are a super short walk to the center of town. Pool, food and drinks were fantastic!

Excellent service and very pleasant staff. Views are beautiful. Room was very clean and pretty. My family has celiac disease and the hotel went above and beyond to serve us gluten free breakfast and find us gluten free restaurants to eat at. Will return!
