I loved the location, and how close it was to everything!

Booked and paid for a suite with a bathtub. Given a smaller room without a bathtub. Tried to remediate this, and the blame was put on hotels.com.

Room was awesome -clean and very spacious -perfect for a toddler that needed to get the wiggles out after a long road trip!!

I came in late and the folks at the front desk were very accomodating.

The room was amazing! Staff were friendly and accommodating. We have a service dog and they made sure we were in a room close to the exit and area designated for dogs to take potty breaks. Much appreciated!

Loved thos place. It was quiet(no kids runn8ng in the halls) and very modern and clean. It looks to be newer or updated. Loved the little nice touches. The whole staff is exemplary and friendly. The negative is the bed was way to hard (i never slept well ) and the slamming of the doors.(which i know wasnt purposely done, they just tend to slam shut) so i didnt sleep well due to that reason also. Enjoyed the refrigerator and microwave.

I was treated very well at the front desk and throughout my stay. First time to sleep comfortably in a hotel since I started traveling for work. It has the "new hotel" smell to it.

The front desk staff are amazing. The location is right in the middle of tons of shopping and dining. If you’re looking for a place to stay in this area, you can’t do better.

We were greeted warmly and our room was great. Kim, the breakfast manager was very friendly and gracious. She conversed with everyone who came to breakfast.

Loved this location!! Excellent attention to details and so clean and accommodating as we were hauling a trailer.

Some areas of room cleanliness was questionable not enough to waste time and complain. my kids and i had a great time at the hotel. the pool was very warm though very highly chlorinated.

The staff was great from check in to check out! We had family in from multiple states for a birthday party weekend and everything was great! Will definitely stay here again!

I called and messaged them in the app over 24 hrs in advance to let them know I wouldn’t be making it as there was a death and emergency in my family. I noticed the day after my flight my card was charged. A girl named Amber answered the phone and was extremely rude so I asked for a manger. I got to talk to Roxanne who informed me they were not charging my card and that it was Expedia who charged me, and for me to contact them. I did, and then had them call and ask for her specifically. She then told them, that since I was a “NO SHOW” I would be billed the full amount. Nothing at all what she told me. I called back repeatedly and Amber would not let me talk to Roxanne, so she dumped me into the voicemail of the general manger Daisy. Daisy never once even returned my call. Now I’m a VP of marketing, little did this hotel know that we booked over 1500 rooms last year to their Dayton hotel. After this unbelievable mismanagement and horrific customer service our entire company has voted to never use them again. During a death and horrible situation where my daughter required my immediate attention out of town would I have ever expected to be treated so unprofessionally but let me tell you this hotel deserves all the money they got from me. It showed me how distasteful some companies still operate, and for that I will never be using them again, nor will I ever recommend or say anything positive about them again. They are out for money and have no respect for people period!

Bed was too hard and could not sleep.

Property was great. Main entrance was closed due to construction which made it a little harder to get in and out.

Construction was an issue.

The receptionist at the deck was very helpful and accommodating. We were told, in advance, that there was remodeling going on and provision was made for easy access to the interior of the facilities. When visiting family and friends in the Dayton area we will use Hampton.
