Reception staff did not seem very interested or cheerful. Not forthcoming with information and did not inquire if information was needed. However the hotel was ver clean and comfortable.

The Continental is in a great location, 5 minutes from the train station, 10 minutes from Piazza dei Signori and a similar distance to the riverwalk. While my single room was very small, it was well laid out and comfortable. I really liked the bed linen as don’t like quilts as find them too warm. I paid for breakfast one morning and there was a great selection of food and beverages. It was worth paying for. All staff I interacted with were very helpful. I really liked the fact every night when I came in late, someone would greet me. As a solo traveller I liked that. I just have 2 minor suggestions, which are just personal preferences. I would like one glass made available in a room, rather than the light plastic cups. I also would like a kettle and some coffee when staying more than one night. However, these are just minor suggestions. I thought this hotel was great value for money, I enjoyed my stay and I’d stay here again. Thank you.

Perfectly located for a short stay, very near to the station, and a short walk to the centre. Clean, well maintained, and with helpful staff.

Good location near the Treviso historial center. Rooms are ok, but the hotel has seen better days. Hotel bar is permanently closed. Walls between rooms quite thin, as I could hear the person in the neighboring room making phone calls. Breakfast buffet OK, but chilly breakfast room. Not the best price/quality.

We chose the hotel because of the good style and looked forward to a visit in the impressive bar. Unfortunately bar was not in function anymore. Hotel seems worn out in general. Woke up during night because of a truck under the balcony apparently was emptying waste containers. After app 10 minutes a terrible smell was filling out the room

I know that’s is the stile, but definitely need good cosmetic work.. I don’t talk about air conditioning .. what keep me awake all night 😂😂

Great location for train station and walk into the town centre. Feels a little like a hotel from the 70's with decor, service and facilities to match (e.g. has aircon but it was so irratically noisy in both rooms we had that it woke us up).

Was central to most things needed. Close to train and bus station. Only downside the bar was closed during my stay.

The room was clean but way to small and ver very old!!! I requested double bed on my booking but i got 2 twin beds! Im just disappointed because online photos of hotel and what hotel offers isn't what i got! The location is 5 stars!

Great location, two minutes from the train station and five minutes from the centre. Friendly helpful staff, fresh clean en-suite with good hot shower.

The hotel is located in a great area, right across from the train station. The hotel clerk pointed us to a great restaurant (Roberto’s) that was open late and still served food. It was a quick stay but perfect for our needs.

Treviso ia a beautiful city to stay in only half hour on the train to Venice and this hotel is very convenient to station bars restaurants.

It is 4 styles hotel but it is like a 1 star even eorse . Very very old furnitures . The room was very dusty !!!There is no door in the toilet which is very bad no any privacy if u are sharing the room with yr friend. The only good think is just very close to train station..

Old world hotel. I had a suite. If you like old style, this is good. But breakfast is ordinary.

Very good value near the station and centre of the city. Single room was quite big. Continental Breakfast fine.

Sadly this hotel is no longer a 4 star. I checked in and the room I had been given was dirty and hadn’t been serviced yet. After my flight I needed the bathroom so had to ask to use another room and their toilet. Instead of being given a new room I had to leave my case in the dirty room and the housekeepers would service it when I went out and explored. In fairness, the cleaners were lovely. Unfortunately the air con in my room didn’t work and the light switch sockets made a fizzing sound whenever they were on. The shower was like a trickle and the toilet was so close the the shower that you have to sit on it at an angle to avoid crashing mushing your legs. Breakfast was fine. Not 4 star quality though with a very small selection of items available. A disappointing stay to be honest, although the staff were friendly.

It needs updating. The location is very good. Parking is a little difficult. Very close to the train station and town center.

Rooms are very small and old compare to the hotel i was thinking to book earlier which was just 1min away from hotel continental and at the same price. Not many option in breakfast for vegetarians.

Outdated and sad room. Sink was clogged and not fixed. Shampoo and Conditioner were not offered by the hotel. Should be a 2 star hotel.
