Night before flight home - great family room, bar and breakfast. Pool needed a little clean but still useable.

Stayed with my 6- and 3-year-old. The room was great with the sofa bed already made up. Staff were very helpful and a good breakfast enjoyed by all.

Wonderful staff !! Fantastic customer service. Fast highly efficient friendly check in and check out - free airport shuttle left exactly on time. Excellent restaurant. Room was quiet, silent air conditioning, good shower, great comfortable bed, pillow menu, good coffee, close to restaurants: eat in / take out - particularly L’Olivade - great pizza

One night family of 4 on a roadtrip. Late niggt booking on Expedia, delighted to find the "suite" booked turned up to be 2 connecting rooms, so plenty of space and 2 bathrooms.
Very clean, looks new, comfortable beds, all you need in the room, great breakfast included, staff very helpful and polite, secure parking on site just €7. Good value for money. Had a wonderful stay. The only regret, we had no time to try the swimming pool as still had a long day ahead on the road

The staff was great in having breakfast for us at 5 am. Also, they were very cheerful. The reason for the poor overall rating was that they said there were going to be snacks at 7 and there were none because someone didn’t show up for work and the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor.

Frederick at the front desk was exceptional. I came with my son to the hotel very late and we were tired and sad and he gave us a nice room and made us feel very welcome. We were so lucky. I recommend this property to everyone

How the bathroom door made you step aside to get through. No dinner options on certain days. Should be listed in the rooms. Great breakfast! Would be nice if one of the many cereal options was gluten free like muesli, or a corn based cereal.

Stayed in a superior room. 1 queen bed and 1 sofa providing 2 smalls beds. These 2 smalls bed are perfect for kids. Room is enough big for a family of 4. Balcony available too in the room. Nice breakfast included. Swimming pool is nice too.

Great breakfast, great room, and affordable for what they offer. Only issue is that the area is a little unsafe, mainly at night. I didnt even bother taking public transportation when i stayed here

We stayed 2 nights as we were visiting the local aerospace museum. Our room was compact, but comfortable although the bed and pillows were not great. The staff were mostly attentive and pleasant and we enjoyed a drink and bar snack one evening which was of a good standard. Breakfast finished at 09h30, and the buffet was being cleared away whilst we were still eating, which seemed unnecessary. The staff member could at least have asked if we wanted anything else before it was cleared. Overall it's a convenient stopover in this part of Toulouse.

Although the actual room was nice and comfortable with some good none news English TV channels, there was not a proper restaurant in the hotel for dinner. Also there was not an early morning shuttle bus to the airport. Instead we had to pay €20 for a 5 minute taxi ride. Next time I would pay more and stay at the NH Airport Hotel.

Property is simple and clean. The customer service we received from Christina is wonderful. She went above and beyond and made our stay very comfortable. We really appreciate her showing where we can dine out too. We had a great experience overall. Thank you!
