Location, room was naturally bright

Unpleasant smell coming from toilet / shower drain. The contact person i dealt with seemed like either not having a clue, or simply unable to support me in solving some problems i faced. I have been asking about internet as seemed very weak, but did not came up with an actual solution, and also been asking for. Bit of heating, and he came back to me after days saying that central eating was shut as summer. Did not sound very professional.

Nice clean place...very cosy and a great responsive host! Always replied instantly with any issues I had! Amazing...

No parking...

The bed was horrible, for all three nights I could feel the springs on my back as if I am sleeping in the nails.. and had serious back pain.. I had to use the quilt to save myself with the nails (spring ) but then had nothing to cover myself at night .. I then slept on the floor and was wishing to quickly finish three days. Horrible experience and I don’t think I would ever go to that place if the bed is same.

I like the location. It was close to public transport and easy walking distance to the canals.

Where to start. This place has terrible wifi that doesn't work. I had to stand right next to the door to get any signal and struggled to be working form home there. There are no laundry facilities available as advertised. We had to ambush the cleaner in our third week there to be able to use the laundry to wash our sheets and to borrow a vacuum cleaner to clean our floor. I messaged the owner about 5 times in the first two weeks to ask about the laundry but never got a reply. After ambushing the cleaner he finally replied saying we could use the laundry and to let him know when we wanted to use it. We were 3 days away from leaving. Terrible service! The kitchen was okay in terms of it had the essentials. We did find a dirty, uncleaned pot with old pasta and parmesan in it which was gross. The bathroom was average. Shower door was pretty much broken and the drain was so blocked it flooded the shower constantly. The room is right next to an industrial packaging place and an Italian importer which goes 24/7. Don't stay here if you want to sleep. The street lights stream into the room meaning you don't get any darkness and at 3am every morning the bins are cleared right outside the window which wakes you up. It really is not a great place to stay.
