This was our third stay at this hotel. We use it as a stopover when travelling to or from Spain. The Room was comfortable and spacious enough for our family of four. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel also has secure parking. The Breakfast is very good. It is self serve and the variety is excellent.

Very good stay with family. Next to tramway station, easy to park, 15mn walk from city center.

Can’t fault it. Friendly, helpful staff and a clean, pleasant, well-equipped hotel. Stop right outside for the regular tram service and very close to the rugby stadium.

I enjoyed staying at the Novotel Suites; my room was spacious and clean and the concierge staff were helpful and friendly. I would just note, in case it is important to others, that the kitchenettes have been stripped of all their cutlery/tableware etc but there are still kettles, tea and coffee.

Overnight stay durings a roadtrip, we checked in late and unfortunately did get not a spot in the parking as it is quite small. Other than that, the room was big, a little outdated from the decoration, but clean. Good breakfast for additional fee.

We had an excellent stay at Novotel Suites. All aspects of our stay were first class. The car park was spacious and, for the location of the property, was fairly priced in our opinion. The room was well appointed and the bed very comfortable. While we walked into town ( a comfortable 20 minute stroll) there was a tram stop right outside the Hotel and it was very close to the rugby stadium, the reason for our visit to Clermont. All staff were friendly and helpful and we could not fault any aspect of our stay and would happily use again if we returned to the city.

This hotel is well kept and the tram is diectly in front of the hotel making getting around very easy. Good staff and good breakfast choices.

We chose this hotel for its family room. We spend 3 nights very confortable and very quiet. A lot of peopke for brekfast and few cleaned tables

Nice room, that has a refrigerator. They had a room divider so for a family of 4 it was nice to split up the beds with that.

It was a pleasent surprise to find this "gem" during our short trip at Clermont Farrand. The staffs were all very kind and professional. The room was excellent. The only catch was that the windows didn't really block the sound from outside. However, it didn't prevent us to have a good night sleep.

Nice hotel well situated with tram at the door. Large size by French standards with excellent service and internatiional TV (CNN BBC). I recommend this hotel as you will not be disapointed.

Hotel is located with tram at the front door. For restaurants take the tram 1.50 euro and take the exit Jaude where there are a multitude of restaurants.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom nice. But there were absolutely no decorative touches - no art on the walls at all. Not even a bedspread. Usually I dont care about decor, but it made the place a little depressing, even though the walls were sparkling white. And in the middle of the desk/table area was a gigantic, very ugly lamp. The refrigerator did not work.As to the staff - the evening clerk was brusque, with heavily accented English. She rather reluctantly helped me figure out when I should have a taxi to the airport come the next day. She wrote down to have me receive a wake-up call (which never came, though the cab did). And she never smiled. Not once.Breakfast was adequate but uninspiring. Few options for eating out in the neighborhood.

We checked into a newly refurbished superior suite on the 6th floor. Contemporary furnishings in modern fabrics, also good setup for business meetings. Well appointed with separate WC and bathroom (also separate shower to bath). Kettle jammed under water tap in small kitchen basin. The buffet breakfast was the best experienced in this class of hotel. Wide selection of fresh well prepared food. All staff very helpful and friendly.

5 min walk to stadium and only 15-20 mins to town centre or hop on the tram right outside the hotel for a five min ride onto town.

Hotel as usual good for an overnight stay on the way to the South Coast. Disappointed that the hotel car park was full and that our car had to be left across the street, packed full of holiday gear.

The Novotel hotel in Clermont Verrand was well situated for a stopover and much needed after a long drive. Our room was clean, tidy and had a divider to separate the children's beds from the adult's bed. Breakfast was included in the price of the hotel room and offered all that we could have asked for. The hotel itself does not offer many more features but for a shot stay, it was overall very good.

Great room for parents with 2 teenage boys. Our room had a slightly Japanese feel, including bamboo room divider. Very comfortable beds, clean, quiet, nice desk, TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.

It was exceptional for Clermont. Still in renovation process and will be stunning when complete. Staff is superb!

Conveniently located between the railway station & Clermont's Stade Michelin. Both within a short walking distance of around 15 - 20 mins. Whilst located outside the old town where there are numerous bars & restaurants to choose from, there is a tram stop (1 Mai) immediately outside the hotel. The trams run frequently & are reasonably priced. If you are there long enough, there are savings to be made if a carte 10 is purchased for the tram system. Comfortable, modern room with excellant breakfast offering a wide choice to include hot options. Would definately stay again.

As a stop and sleep experience while crossing France the hotel+staff are great Highly recommended
