The location was perfect, and was near to the beach. Less than a minute walk to the metro station. The room met our expectations, and the staff were friendly. Highly recommended!

O hotel carece de estacionamento. O quarto apesar de confortável, era bastante propenso a ruídos externos e o mini-bar, por si só, era também bastante barulhento. À parte disso, está bem localizado e o staff foi sempre correto.

Good clean accommodation located in the centre of Matosinhos with a Metro Station very nearby.

It was a last minute booking. Found it to be fine. Only complaint was there was too much chlorine used in the water. Even the linens smelled of chlorine. yherw, it was a clean room and close to the beach which was nice for walking.

Location of the hotel was perfect: metro stop in front of the hotel, beach 10 minutes walk away, Supermarket opposite from the hotel. It took 40 minutes to city by metro and with bus from the beach 30 minutes (lot nicer way to travel). My room was spacious and clean. Bathroom had a bath tub, pidé and lots of counter space. The water presure was strong and coldand hot water was avalable. My room had an AC but the nights were cool so it was not always needed. My room was cleaned daily. I bought the breakfast which was so worth the money. They served bread, pastry, pancakes, cheese, eggs, bacon , sausages, yogurt, fruits and fruit salad. And lot more which I didn't try. The service of the hotel was very nice, helpful and everyone spoke very good English. My room key didn't work but it was solved easily. I would recommend this hotel for everyone. WiFi was free and worked well in the room.

The staff were very accomodating and even helping us plan our trips and excursions in the local areas. Honestly chats with the staff at the bar we great especially after a long day. Our fridge stoped working and they had it fixed in the hour . Includng the safe which wouldnt accept the key. The efficiency was great. Room was always cleaned to perfection everyday which surprised us because we thought tgey would only tidy up.

Was not very impressed with room. When you took a shower the bathroom flooded. Breakfast in the morning was very busy, no where to sit and food was not replenished quickly enough.

Nice hotel. Very close to a metro station. I didn’t experience any of the noise issues mentioned in other reviews. The room was very large.

The hotel is very well located with the Metro just opposite of it with good links, buses, shops, cafes and restaurants, supermarkets and the beach is just 10 minutes walk. The breakfast is very good compared with some big chains.

Great hotel, especially for a close location to and from the airport. Accommodating staff. The only complaint I have is that it was difficult to get the room cool.

The hotel is quite old so the romms are not modern at all but the service is nice.

The hotel is on a busy roundabout, traffic / wind and the public can be heard 24/7 even up high in the hotel. It was clean and a nice hotel but due to the noise wouldn’t stay again.

Did everything I needed for 4 day visit convenient to Airport &excellent breakfast

The weather wasn't very good apart from Sunday when the sky was blue and the sun shining but overall the experience was not bad as we could experience the portuguese life style as it seems they live to drink coffee as there must be a coffee shop for every inhabitant in Porto, I've never seen so many coffee shops in my entire life. The restaurants offer an excellent choice of fish and seafood as well churrasqueria were you can find a selection of good barbecued meats. Matosinhos do Sul has a nice beach, the roads are clean and the centre offers a lot of differents places to visit and to learning what Porto is all about, with its narrow cobled roads packed with shops, coffee shops and restaurants are packed with tourists and locals from top to bottom. I'll be back as I loved the way of life in there, polite and helpful locals are very quite and no rush compared with England.

We stayed for 3 nights. Reception staff were very helpful. There are no restaurant or bar facilities but plenty of places to eat a short walk away. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable, but a chipped bath and a plug for the bath which was too big let the room down. We didnt eat breakfast so cant coment on that. Overall good value for the price we paid.

great location and our first time there. hotel is going through some renos which at times is very noisy but during the week and day time. A/C was noisy and not working that well in a hot room, still we'd stay there again.

We spent two nights at the hotel. It was nice and clean. The staff quite helpful. I would say good overall.
