Pretty far from the Christmas market and city center but it’s nice and quiet and the staff were polite.

Very friendly front desk staff but disgustingly dirty room; toenails, random splatter, feces in and around the toilet, wads of toilet paper outside of the window, and the whole place smelled like a floral industrial cleaner at a truck stop.

Heating did not work; It was cold; we could not sleep well

Since the minute we arrive, they treated us like royalty. Very nice.

Outside the city center but convenient bus stop in front of hotel. Staff helpful and informed.

It was one weekend night on the way to Netherlands

The room was small even by European standards They had a huge American size Queen bed that was too big for the room. We had less than a foot on each side of the bed to move around or open a suitcase. Drove us nuts If they had a reasonable size bed for the room it would be so much nicer. Also, breakfast was terrible. They were out of eggs and bread. We asked for our money back. It is a new hotel, and very clean. The staff was friendly but need to get their act together to get a good rating from me.. Will not go back again

The staff is excellent! The decor could use an update but was very functional.

For a 4 stars hotel wasn't what I expected. The room bathroom didn't have a proper/standar door. It had a hanging panel as a door that didn't close well. The bathroom panel/door is next to head bed. You can see and hear everything what is happening in the bathroom.

Everything was great. Comfortable room, and friendly staff. The only thing was that when we were ready to go to sleep we noticed mold on the corner ceiling. It was around midnight and the kids were already tucked in, so we knew moving to another room was not going to be an option. We were worried this would affect my kids sleep. Hen we brought it up to the front desk they just said it was humidity, but black mold doesn't happen overnight.

Very clean room and large enough to stay for family. Recommend for the family travel with driving

Easy parking, Had a hard time finding hotel, GPS sent us on a circular path through town. Easy access to bus.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The design of bathroom is inconvenience - sliding door is not big enough, o space for putting cloths and body soap.

We stayed here one night before the very early flight. We were with two small kids (3/5y). When we came to the hotel (around midnight) our room was NOT ready. Room was prepared for 2 ppl and there was 4 of us. The guy at the reception refused giving us the room for 4 and also refused preparing a sofa in the room. He gave me the bedclothes at the reception and told that I should make a bed on my own. There was no free parking spot at the hotel parking and staff member threatened us if we leave the car in front of the hotel he will order a tow. We tried to explain that we are going to leave at 5 am, and he also can come to us and we can move the car at night if needed. At that time he started shouting that he is calling for a tow. My husband left the car 10 min walking from the hotel in the middle of some field. Breakfast was tasty - kids loved crepes machine.

Nice hotel in a reasonable location. Very average rooms and nothing exceptional. Standard Rooms are quite small and congested though nice view of the lake. Breakfast is below average and there is always shortage of one or the other items and they do not bother to replenish. Only 1 waited for the whole dining room and very sluggish service.

Hotel is very quiet, and in a quiet part of town. Rooms are modern, good sized and air conditioned. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. For my needs and purposes, it was perfect!!!

Great access from the main motorway. Quiet and ideal for a stay. Comfortable beds and exceptionally clean and tidy.
