Great place, very clean. The staff were friendly. would definitely stay there again.

The staff was very warm and welcoming, it's in a quiet location, the landscaping looks good and there's seats and tables outside.

There was a faint smell of mold despite everything being clean. There was a lot of rain and it is by a field so it may have come from outisde but it was a little unpleasant.

EXTREMELY clean!! We were driving from Maine to Toronto and left the evening before planned to avoid weather in the mountains of New Hampshire. I usually avoid low prices because we have been burnt before with nasty, scary places. After reading reviews decided to give this a chance. We were not disappointed! The cleanest room I have ever experienced anywhere at any price point. There are just the basics, no frills, inexpensive furnishings expected at such a low price. Bed was comfortable. Staff was excellent! Will DEFINITELY be back for an overnight should we need to again. Asked for and received a room around back to avoid road traffic. It was very quiet.
