Rooms could use a good cleaning. Carpet was dirty & stained. There was an odor in the room, didn’t smell clean. Beds were worn. Also room on 4th floor wasn’t convenient. Hard to access.

The hotel was beautiful and we had a great view. The restaurant’s food was delicious , I definitely recommend checking it out. The staff was wonderful and they were always willing to help us out.

Super nice staff, very clean, so happy to find secure parking in a parking garage, super close to town center and Cathedral, nice restaurant and breakfast. Rooms clean amenities good, water hot, basic but excellent. I personally loved the firmer mattress. As it is good for your spine.

I loved La Finca del Minero. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day. Breakfast was delicious and affordable. The Hotel is at a central location and I was able to walk sightseeing. Convenient stores close by and a bakery with fresh bread daily.

Great place to stay. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and always checked to see if we were good and needed something. Highly recommend this place.

Extremely loud techno music playing. Didnt tell hotel guest. Nearby neighbors complaint as well. But the hotel didnt care since the party was the owners nephew. Hotel front desk was rude (Norma) when I called to complaint.

The hotel is well located (6-7 minutes to the cathedral), clean and comfortable. It is a good value for the price. One night there was a birthday celebration somewhere in the hotel and people were singing until 2 am; other than that everything was ok.
The restaurant service is basic but good enough for a quick meal, although I only tried breakfast.
Wifi was somewhat slow but worked ok.

Hotel location is perfect and the staff were very attentive - they even went so far as to relocate us after we were beside a unit that 4 very boisterous men were staying in...they partied into the early hours of the morning. Beds are typical Mexican beds which are firm but for a few days were ok. The one older hotel weve stayed in that has an elevator. The only downside was the attached restaurant - no fridges in the room and no ice machines...so we asked the restaurant for a glass of ice and they wanted to charge us 20 pesos. All in all very good.

The location is really good in the historic downtown of the city. However, the room weather was cold and the heater did not work.Also,we had problems to get hot water in the shower.

Everything was great, except for the fact that I woke up one day with a lot of insect bites. However the response from the staff was very nice and they were able to satisfy my needs.

The location gave us easy access to museums, tours and shopping. Gloria at the front desk was accommodating and helpful in arranging early morning taxi to airport 1/2 hour away. The attention given to cleaning our room was outstanding! Gracias, mijas!The restaurant could use an update in menu and add a few dishes....the staff was courteous, correct, well-functioning.

It was good. The hotel was clean and located in a centric area.

Great location. A short walk to el centro. Room was comfortable & quiet but a little small. We didn't have a view but that was probably why it was quiet; no street noise. Overall, I would recommend this,hotel & would stay here on my next visit.

For the most part good hotel if staying a night or two. The night staff was not helpful in checking in late. Did not have a chance to eat at hotel, so can't comment on that. The hotel was clean and the cleaning staff was prompt and very helpful. The location is great close to historic downtown and many cafes and eaters.

Came for a short stay. Very close to downtown, safe area. However, bed was uncomfortable, sheets and towels were not soft. Hallway noisy as it was busy season however thin walls. Staff was very helpful and entire hotel spotless
