Poor very poor

Séjour agréable,personnel accueillant. Déjeuner très bon. La petite attention de la dame de ménage m’a fait plaisir( linge plié,lit refait et une serviette supplémentaire mise sans aucune demande).

Nous sommes arrivés dans une chambre mal nettoyée, sans papier toilette ni serviette dans la douche, le sol sale, peut être par manque de personnel pour les fetes de Noël ? L'emplacement de l'établissement est idéal, près de la station de tram deservant le centre ville et Khel directement, super!

Salle de bain pas très propre avec des cheveux dans la douche petite chambre pour 3 lit confortables.

J'ai l'impression d'avoir été volé... 230 euros pour 2 nuits dans cet hôtel !!!! (tarifs exorbitants liés au marché de Noël de Strasbourg). Chambres mal isolées (on entend l'extérieur). Petit déjeuner ultra minimal et très vite vide (plus de croissants le deuxième jour). Etroit, très étroit... nickel pour les distanciations sociales liées au COVID... Bref... une horreur... A fuir !

Hôtel très correct pour cette catégorie d'hôtel. Bien situé, qqs endroits intéressants pour manger autour, tram pas loin. Personnel gentil. Ménage pas fait pendant le séjour, mais justement j'apprécie pour des raisons écologiques (on peut échanger les serviettes quotidiennement).

There is nothing "Premiere Class" about this most basic hotel - smaller rooms than an IBIS economy (snd we thought they were small!) We are a Csnadian family of 3 (parents aged 50 and our 18 year old son) . It met our need to sleep one night (if you can sleep through the highway noise) We skipped the shower because it felt like a small trailer bathroom but we werr desperate for a place when our road trip did not go as planned, and we were able to book this that afternoon for the least cost we coukd fond last minute The staff and orher french people we met there were very nice and friendly (it seems to be mostly construction workers from out of town lodging there )

First room given had not been made since last people left! Second room some joker had turned the radiator to full so was too hot to enter. Last room perfect. Receptionist got angry when I refused the second room. She told me to take the room and leave the door open until it cooled down. But I didn’t have time to do that.

Room was really very small. Hotel workers are kind and helpful.

They only have staff for check in and check out a few hours in morning and a few hours in afternoon. The computer they have to check in when no one is around does not work. The room smelled terribly. It was a combination of mildew and Lysol. I paid in advance to stay there 2 nights but I could only handle one. It was worth it to pay another hotel for the 2nd night. Would never stay there again. .I travel quite a bit and I would have to say this was one of the worst hotels I ever had.

Arrived late at the hotel discovered that they had a kiosc to check in no problem I am used to the. We had to pay acording to the reservation another€ 0.45 tried 6 cards no succes. Payment refused. They had a phone no on the window but I don't speak french so no clue of what the lady robot on the phone was saying. A guest came down to help tried another 6 card of his own no succes. I was left with my baby and hussband with no room at 10 o'clock after we drove 600km. Our luck was that a french couple came in and understood english and I have explained to them what happened and they have called for me and managed to get someone thru to sort the problem out. Thanks to that french couple we managed to get into our room wich was not bad but the bathroom was just a small plastic box like in a van type of bathroom.

Perfectly acceptable in all aspects really - good price for the room, which had a bed and a bathroom :-) Bed was comfy enough; everything was clean; shower room was small but functional; proficient staff for check in and check out; breakfast was basic but perfectly edible.

The third bed (we booked a triple) was a bunk above the main double. The hotel has secure parking and is close to Strasbourg's ring road, so it's easy to get to if you're passing through. There's a small garden at the back with picnic benches and breakfast is available for an extra 6 euros.

The hotel room is too small for a family of three to stay. It is clean and cheap with free car park.

This is close to the centre of Strasbourg, 5- 10 min drive. It is motel style with room door opening to parking lot. Full of trades men focussed on their work and quiet. The cramped rooms and good, but also cramped, dining room is not suitable for families. Location OK.

The electronic check in was a little confusing. The front desk is closed when you would typically check in (afternoon); I did not remember to write down my pass code from my email and I couldn't use the free wifi to read email because I didn't have a room number, I didn't have a room number because I didn't have a pass code. Rooms are small but adequate if all you need is a bed, a bath and wifi.

Very easy to find, staff was very helpful, however my room smelled quite heavily of smoke.

Usual standard for this type of hotel, plenty of basic breakfast at buffet, Receptionist helpful Only problem was difficult to find hotel mainly due to roadworks for new tram system. plus name on side of hotel building does not correlate to premier class. and true sign almost hidden by hedge.

Helpful personel. The room is really really small there is just not enough room to walk around even a bit. The bathroom is extremely small. Not dirty, but also not that clean (both times pieces of candy wraps found under and around bed).

Rooms are simple but have all the basics: good sized, comfortable bed, decent bathroom with excellent water pressure and hot water at any time (but no hair dryer). And most importantly, it was very clean throughout. Also warm, The only thing I missed was a bit more natural light. But interior lighting is good and makes up for it. This is a total no-frills hotel but good value for money. Friendly, accommodating staff. Breakfast was simple but ok.

Located at outskirts, taking Tram A to termination "Maillon" plus 15 minutes walking. Nearby with QUICK fast food and LIDO supermarket. The room is congested with petite sized bathroom. Suitable for budget young travellers seeking for adventurous experience.
