Toilet holder loose and not working. Flush on toilet iffy

The room absolutely stunk of a terrible odour.. so much so as just walking in made me feel sick. The room was dark and dank. There were cigarette burns around the bathroom sink so obviously someone had been smoking in there as well! I stayed in there 10 minutes. No receptionist available at the time - I left and went to another hotel. I then went back when receptionist was there and complained. The receptionist sympathised but said she could not refund my money. It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever visited.

hotel was well situated in a quiet location with restaurants nearby.
Rooms were very clean, but small, taking a Shower is a challenge in the small shower cubicle but plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable . we were only left half a toilet roll which is being a bit tight!
overall for an overnight stay on a budget the hotel was good and I would stay there again

You get what you pay for and these rooms are very good value for money. Having said that, the toilet in our room was Had not been flushed by the previous occupants or therefore cleaned by the cleaner. The flushing device on the toilet was also broken. Other than that, room was nice and warm and sufficient for the quick overnight stay that we needed

Pretty much what you'd expect for the price, though nicer than usual location for these types of hotels. Conveniently close to hypermarket. Bed was fine and comfy enough. The 'ensuite' bathroom is literally a toilet sink and shower separated from the room by a curtain. The shower curtain was dirty and brown around the bottom and a bit smelly. Cigarette burns round the sink. The shower holder doesn't hold the shower in place. But all in all, fine for stopover and would use again.

Check in easy. For a overnight sleep enroute to get our heads down before a long drive the next day, it was completely functional and akl we needed. The bed was comfortable and rooms clean. Tables and chairs outside so we could have shopped locally if the supermarket had been open and had a picnic. For the price no complaints.

This was the second time we stayed in a Premier Classe chain, we stayed for one night. PC Tours Sud Joue les Tours is outside of the city, close to the main roads and the Loire valley attractions. We arrived after personal check-in time, but we could well manage with the automatic porter. The building is motel like (rooms are opening on outside corridors) the rooms are old, very basic, but clean. No joke the bathroom is just for skinny persons. Breakfast is very limited, and the breakfast area is very small. The young staff in the morning was very helpful.

Great little place to stay over on travels down to the South. Clean, comfortable and well located with free parking. Around €50 for triple rooms with breakfast. Perfect little stop over

I arrived late and the reception was closed, never the less they have a system just outside the reception to issue the key to your room. this was awesome.
Room is small and in very good condition.
Breakfast was ok, same as everywhere else.

Exactly as expected after tiring days driving..somewhere cheap to sleep..Helpful staff and a great venue with park and lakes nearby to walk the dog..

We had a problem with the automatic check-in as it wouldn't accept our surname and also we were booked into a ground floor( due to my wife having difficulty climbing stairs) and this room was unavailable as there was a problem with the locking system on the door and they didn't have a spare key so we were given a room on the second floor. Apart from those two problems the hotel was as expected.

I can never quite get used to the small room and inadequate shower with wet curtain clinging to the body. The newer Premier Classe like the one in Mont de Marsan is excellent with a really good bathroom. I wish they could all be updated like that one. However the location for long distance travel is good.

Never stayed in one of these before. It is a simple hotel a bit like a UK Travelodge. Only stayed 1 night, but it was perfect what we needed, somewhere to sleep in Tours.
Situated about 5km outside Tours it was clean and in a quiet area (lots of other hotels around).
Overall a good experience and if you are on a budget, worth checking these out.
Check in is electronic and staff availability limited, but works well.

The hotel receptionist was exremely helpful. We had lost our friend and she took a lotof trouble phoning his mobile etc and directing him to the hotel. It is not an easy hotel to fing and perhaps directions to it would be useful It was a good hotel

The person at the desk was impatient, unwilling to adjust, and seemingly unconcerned about customer needs. She had little patience and forbearance and expressed herself in short-tempered discourse.
