Friendly and helpful desk staff. Helped us with winery tours and recommendations that were very good. There are very many good restaurants in walking distance and very safe walking at all times.
First night no hot water which was a little inconvenient but was rectified by the morning.
Breakfast area is well maintained and food selection was very good.

A very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you! The only complain we have is the bad soundproofing. We got a huge room, everything was very nice! But we heard very loud voices from the room next to us. No cars, no elevator, everything was really fine..!. But bring earplugs with you. In case you have loud neighbours. Not everyone is well behaved?!...we also loved the breakfast. (You get an excellent fruit salad there!! )

Right in the heart of the city and walkable to shopping and the sites. It is a very clean and friendly hotel with spacious rooms and lots of amenities. The staff provided me with me than enough recommendations and all of them were great. Definitely worth a stay!

I loved the size of the room. The space provided for a dining area came in handy. Wifi was very good. Breakfast was great and service was attentive. On the front desk Emilia became my collaborator and she helped me find my way around and offered suggestions of where to find restaurants and shopping. Great job on her part.

The hotel has a very helpful staff. They were helpful at organizing a wine tour for us. The property is in an excellent location with restaurants, supermarkets and western unions close by. Although the property is very clean, it is outdated…it could benefit from a lick of paint.

The location is superb, close to everything. The area is walkable and safe. This hotel charges you for parking but it seems to be common practice around here. The staff is helpful and cordial. Our room was rather small but clean and well equipped.

Although this hotel could use an update or at least a coat of paint, it’s in a wonderful central location, great restaurants around, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good and staff were helpful.

This is an elegant boutique hotel in the heart of Mendoza, only a block and a half from Plaza Independencia. Staff are friendly and efficient.
Don’t miss strolling through Plaza Independencia onto pedestrian-only Via Sarmiento. Lined with outdoor cafes and charming shops, it makes you feel like you’re in Paris or Barcelona.

We took the 45 minute city bus tour to scope out Mendoza. We realized Villaggio is within a one mile walk to most sights in all different directions. It is centrally located to parks and restaurants and quite safe.
The staff was genuine and spoke English and helped us navigate the various tours to the wineries and the Andes.
A buffet breakfast was included. The breakfast staff was always available and fabulous; a clean environment, tables, and quick to replenish the various treats. We enjoyed the fresh fruits, juices, breads and rolls, eggs and bacon, coffee, and breakfast deserts.
Early traffic noise is a problem, but overall our experience was great.

I received a room upgrade during my stay which was nice, but the room itself had a funny smell. The location was the best part about this hotel. Very walkable with lots of restaurants close by.

The front desk staff were friendly and responsive. I had some issues with the room I received and the next day a special thanks to Jonathan who quickly resolved all issues by changing my room and gave me an upgrade. They also allowed me a late check out thanks to the VIP amenity. This property was close to everything, good location to restaurants and parks.

Staff was the best of our stay in this hotel. It is not a 4 start hotel nevertheless we enjoy our stay. It is a short walk to restaurants, parks, shops.
Breakfast was really good, they offer good coffee. It was a safe area.

Great Hotel with airport pickup. Staff was great! And they allowed a late checkout with the Hotels.com vip rating! Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Felt very safe here. Tour companies pick up from hotel too. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was great too.

We had a very nice experience at this hotel it’s centrally located in walking distance to restaurants and shops. Breakfast is good personnel very nice and helpful the rooms are very clean and comfortable my only complaint is the shower head with some rust and a little bit of mold around the bathtub other than that I recommend this place.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, especially Bruno, Federico and Emilia. The location is great, within walking distance to many great spots. The room was clean, comfy bed and realky good water pressure! Would definitely recommend!! Ill definitely be back :)

Incredible staff, amazing customer service. My special thanks to Agustina, she helped us with transportation, recommendations for tours, restaurants. The hotel is close to the main streets of Capital, parks and famous parks. I hope to come back soon.

This hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Mendoza. Our first unit had a door that did not lock, so we were moved to another. We were very pleased with the front desk staff (very helpful, good English), less so with the cleaning staff (didn’t replace towels / soap / toilet paper). The breakfast was great with lots of choices, although the coffee could have been better. We usually went out after eating to get a good cup of espresso elsewhere.

We enjoyed 5 days at the Villaggio, close to great restaurants and activities in Mendoza. The room was really comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful pool. Good breakfasts and a helpful staff made the stay even better.
