Clerk was friendly, prices were very reasonable for the area. Was on a motorcycle, and clerk offered to let me park it under the main entrance so it was out of the elements and was visible. Highly recommend, wil stay again on the next trip 👌

Good value. Much lower cost than hotels in historic downtown area.
Room was clean and comfortable. We did experience some foot traffic noise on the floor above at 11 PM.
There were a couple of minor repairs in the bathroom that I reported to the front desk at check out. Nothing that created a concern for our stay.

Sheets were dirty. Pillow cases had makeup on them. We were put in a handicap room on bottom floor. Bed was almost all the way on the ground. Bed was terrible!! Power went out at 2am, no storms in area or anything. Power was out for at least 3hrs. No communication or anything. Breakfast was terrible and cold. Neighbors were loud. Bathroom had not been throughly cleaned. Toilet paper was used and hair in shower, scum on railings. This was for a birthday trip for my mom, and was over $400 for one night!!! We’ve stayed many times in BR as we have family there and enjoy the town. I will NEVER be staying at the property again!

Every thing was good but the beds here are super soft. My back hates them. The breakfast is good. The rooms are simple no frills and for the cost are high. Not many amenities here. This is my 2nd stay. But for whats here, its high.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. Our room was clean, and the front desk and service staff were very friendly and helpful. Our third floor view was amazing. The only complaint we have is not being able to control the room temperature from a traditional hotel floor unit or wall thermostat.

The location was excellent, with a beautiful view of Blue Ridge. We had the double king room and it had lots of space for my child to move around in. I would definitely stay at this location again!

We were so impressed with our stay because of the wonderful staff members who checked us in and answered all our questions! This hotel always is quiet and very clean, and the bed is so comfy. But this time it was the staff's attentiveness that really made our time there so nice.

We stayed 2 nights. The desk clerks were so helpful in pointing out attractions and restaurants. Our room was spotless. The hotel was in a quiet location with no night lights shining in the window.

The hotel was good, surely above average. Unfortunately, the floor I stayed at reeked of pot, which I understand is something the hotel can't control, but some action should have been taken after I reported it.

We got in late at night, but staff was very friendly, helpful and hospitable!!!
Room was comfy and very clean!
Breakfast may need some improvement, as the selection was small, but overall we would DEFINITELY stay there again!!

The Staff was vey pleasant and helpful.
The hotel was clean but the room A/C units did not regulate the temp and the room always felt cold, humid & moldy smelling. Also there was a constant smell of weed during our stay In the elevator & our 3rd floor.

Very friendly staff! This is a very nice, clean, and comfortable stay. Unfortunately I was right beside the ice machine (luck of the draw) and my last evening a dog was barking pretty early in the morning. Luckily I'm an early riser. I can't say enough about the staff, extremely nice and helpful.

Our room was extremely spacious and clean. When we checked in, the receptionist stated she was not happy with the room that had been reserved on line. She moved us to a better one, totally voluntary and exceptional customer service.

I booked as pay at hotel. They charged my card for half before check in, and then again for the full amount when I checked in. I’m now already back home, still waiting for the additional couple hundred plus dollars to go back into my accoun. Staff wasn’t the friendliest and the room was very noisy.

We had a horrible smell in our room and had to buy air freshener. Then on night three we came back to ants everywhere in our window up the wall all over the ac and curtains. First morning we got to breakfast at 7:45am to find out they were out of waffle mix and wasn’t making any more was told we could make toast instead.

I was very happy with my 3 night stay! Of course, it's noisy! That's to be expected..
The staff was great! My housekeeper even recognized me! That makes you feel good.. My room was clean, breakfast was delicious! Sausage was browned "just right"! This is my "go to" Motel!!! I've also recommended it to other people and they stayed there. They loved it, too! Allison

The bed was a king size, it set to close to the floor. first night we slept good, the second night it was noisy in the room beside us because of the joining doors, it's bad when you can here the telephone conversation on speaker. Then trying to eat breakfast while a dog was barking at another dog.
