Unfortunately the pillows for our king room we the size of throw pillows and when we asked for 2 more front the front desk were told they did not have any because the hotel was sold out… so we waited for the next front desk shift asked again and was helped out with 2 more throw size pillows.. thank goodness!
The breakfast area was very disappointing, orange juice was out of order, the 4 slice toaster only worked on 1 side and it took several minutes to toast up my bread and the hotel employees expressed their feelings of the non working items and nothing to replenish items for guests to eat and Mentioning how the owner of the hotel is not concerned with order item selections when hotel staff have sent over inventory item to replace.. such a shame and embarrassing..

It was during hurricane Milton. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was clean, neat and most important did not smell like mildew.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room conditions were deplorable! Blood stains on top bed sheet, filthy rug, shower head had no water pressure and the tub drain was clogged. We had to wear socks during our visit that were filthy by the end of one night stay! Very disappointing!

We stayed for 2 nights for our sons football tournament. Service was great checkin was super smooth and the room was clean. Free hot breakfast. Nothing to complain about.

Have stayed few times before. The lady at checkin said breakfast was 6:30-9:30 and it was 6-9. Got there 8:50 and they were closing one door. We did take our time and eat but felt rushed. Wished it could be 6-10. Not everyone has to get up early during the week.

Area is not as safe feeling as the other Comfort Suites in The Villages but this location has softer sheets and more comfortable beds!

We stayed one night on our way to the Florida Keys. The room was clean, quiet and perfect to stay with our pet. There was a nice grassy area to walk our pup. The bed was so comfortable and the room was quiet. Breakfast was basic but fine for us to grab a bite before heading out on the road.

Property itself was clean and well maintained. Breakfast offerings were limited but acceptable. Biggest issue with this location is access in and out of the premises. 301 is extremely busy, the exit for the Florida turnpike is less than 100 yards from the entrance to the hotel, getting into and out of property is very dangerous. Not the hotels fault but certainly something potential guests need to be aware of.

Staff were courteous, friendly and wanted to help. Room was clean, smelled fresh. I left my medication and a cosmetic bag and they went above board to contact me and return my things to me.

There was a roach in our room, it was very musty and smelled of urine inside the room as well. My daughter also got sick after having their complimentary breakfast. Our room keys also only worked one time- we had to keep asking for them to fix it-

I was very comfortable here. It was clean, the staff very accommodating and the beds comfortable (which is not true in most motels). I will be going to this area every month and if not, every other month. I believe I have found the place I prefer to be. Thank you for a pleasant night. I was in room 105 and hope to be able to use that room each time. It was quiet and easy access for someone my age and physical needs.

The elevator not working and in the three nights we stayed they never cleaned the room. Good breakfast.

They were very helpful. They even printed my boarding pass. Mary and the girl i think she was training are keepers for sure.
