The service was gr8! The friendliness of the staff made it more so enjoyable. Kudos to Lindsay for her professional.

Cons:
The room was too basic for the price. The door was stuck. I had to shoulder push in. The room wasn't very clean. (Pictures below). You can tell they don't check under the bed or couch.

Was not made aware they they don’t clean your room until we came back in the evening. You have to ask them to, but we never same anywhere posted and we’re not told at checkin. Also, fan did not work in the bathroom, so it was a sauna after a shower. Room felt humid even with the air running in the room. It’s Mobile, AL in September, but still, the air should not be humid inside.

The lady at the front desk when we arrived was very rude. She made us feel very unwelcome; we didn’t have enough towels but since she was so rude, I didn’t even bother to go get more towels; I literally used a hand towel as my bath towel.

Clean, cool, great spaces beyond the room. Shower curtain was torn and unusable. We sat towels out to be replaced per advice from front desk but didn’t receive replacements.

The floors in our room were dirty. Our feet were covered in grime from the floor.everything else was fine.

the pool was nasty the beds not comfortable i stayed 2 nights the maid made the beds thats it the dirty towels were left on the floor i had to go to front desk to get clean ones i had to park at least 250 feet away in a parking lot saturday night someone was making noise on 2 floor half the night went to front desk 2 time and nothing was done about it and the breakfast sucked we went to waffle house my advice dont go

The hotel was not clean. Room smelled unclean. Discovered on 2nd day of trip that the comforter had dried blood on it. Staff were not friendly at all. Bathroom had grime around shower and floor. Carpet was dirty througout establishment. I learned a valuable lesson that you pay for what you get. Never again!!!!!

Moments after I checked in the room I was assigned was ajar and not finished being cleaned. There weren’t any linens for the sofa bed or towels. The microwave didn’t work. The lady at the front desk was very kind & apologetic. This place is in need of major renovations! The water smelled like mold/mildew, the drainage system filled after a constant run, the carpet was dirty/stained, the smell wasn’t pleasant. Once I was ready for checkout the man preparing breakfast was RUDE & ANNOYING. I was making oatmeal and he kept telling me to stop the oatmeal as if I wasn’t standing directly in front of it. All in All HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE NEVER AGAIN!

The hotel was okay and seemed clean. The room, however, smelled musty and the hallways reeked of cigarette smoke. The breakfast bar was good and the gentleman who monitored the breakfast did an excellent job.

It was nice saw some crackheads lot's of nice ones but one was screaming at a tree 😂 anyways it was in tilman C. A few neighborhoods away but the staff was great and nice pool and quiet hotel very nice overall, i will be back again.

I was fine with it, it met my expectations,… But housekeeping really needs to work on previous renters, body hair being on the floor and in the sink. As well, pubic hair in the bathtub was not very appealing. I don’t wanna clean the room up when I’m walking into it. Housekeeping slipped on this room. It is a good hotel, I have stayed there before and Will again. But housekeeping needs to sharpen up.

The first room we were given was open and it looked like the bed had been played on. We were immediately given another room. The second room was clean and comfortable. The phone system was not working but they had already put in a request to get it fixed. Everyone was very friendly.

At first the visit was great. The issue was not with staff at all, they were great. However atbaround 3:00a.m the guest in the room above ours was jumping/stomping on the floor, someone was running up abs down the hall not to mention someone tried to open out door twice. All this occurred at 3:00am.

This place is definitely a good deal for what you get. Pleasant staff, comfortable bed, good breakfast selection. Not pristine, but not dirty. We were very comfortable during our stay.

It was fine for one night. Breakfast was nice. The only complaint was the bathroom. It was a bit small with no towel bars or places to hang towels or anything. Shower curtain was small with no liner so when in shower it didn't close well and keep water off the floor.

We only had 3 towels in the room and could not get anymore until we turned those in, 2:30am smoke detecters battery started foing out and front desk could not get another one. So after listening to the beeping all night the maintenance guy opened the door at 6:30am while we were sleeping.

Mattress sagged in the middle and was lumpy. Bathroom fan could not remove moisture, fogged up after a 5 min shower. Mentioned to staff and said it was normal. Room had a musty smell to it, I’m guessing from the poor bathroom ventilation. There was also mold on the bathroom ceiling and around the edges of the tub.

Pool was not open, keys kept deactivating daily, had to wait for towels to get washed before you could get more trash sat at door for over 24 hours

Compared to the price I paid for this hotel verses the others I paid for in Kentucky and Florida panhandle on this trip, it wasn't a good value. Things are run down in the Hotel but the pictures online make you think the opposite. Check in clerk was not great. Later front desk people were good.

Good room for the money I was able to get plenty good rest

Everything was great except we had about 10 little ants on one of the night stands. Also called the desk because the fridge wouldnt get cold and they said it wasnt a fridge it was just a cooler(didnt have a freezer in it). Well we had leftover seafood from lunch we ended up having to toss because we didnt want to get food poisoning not being able to refrigerate it. If they advertise having a refrigerator and microwave in each room. Then they should.
