No ice machine, no bedding for pull out couch, a/c in bedroom didn’t work first night and when they came to fix it we were gone and they made a mess on the bed with dust and debris from tools or ac unit or something. Also asked for them to bring towels up and it took them an hour. Conditioner in the shower didn’t despense. My keycards stopped working at 8am the day of check out even though check out is suppose to be 11am. Room was too expensive for all of that

Don't be confused between the Candlewood Yuma and Candlewood APG. this one does NOT have any breakfast offered unless you count buying something from a vending machine. Staff was barely polite. Room included a full size refrigerator which could be handy for a longer stay but for me was just loud - making it very hard to sleep. Air/Heat was also loud and was either ON all night or OFF all night. It did not respond to the temperature setting. Would Not choose this place again. Lots of other options in Yuma.

It was very disappointing. I checked in to the hotel and not even 3 hours into my stay the smoke alarm went off. I woke up and called front desk, the guy said I'll be there immediately. Guy never showed and after approximately 6 minutes the alarm turned off. Couple hours later same thing happened. I didn't get any sleep because of the smoke alarm. Decided to take a bath around 7AM and the alarm went off yet again, because i was in the shower I did not call front desk this time. A couple minutes later maintenance just walked into my room to check the alarm, while I was in the shower. It was by far the worst experience I've had at a hotel. Never staying there again.

We have stayed there several times when in that area. The front desk in friendly but this time the AC was noisy and no toiletries in the room. I should have asked to change rooms.

In the morning when I checked out I had to wait for the front desk attendant...she was no where to be found...I was in a little bit of hurry, and its understandable to wait for various reasons, but I was there a few minutes just waiting. Please train or hire responsible front desk attendants who take pride in their work and are available!

The room was like a studio apartment. New, clean, and nice. One reason we selected the room was because the room description said breakfast included. They have no breakfasts or even a place they could serve breakfast.

We really liked this roomy suite. The staff all seemed very cheerful and Sophia in particular went out of the way to help us - for example, she arranged an alternative when the printer in the business office didn't work. Everything was new, very clean and pleasing. You have to drive everywhere, including to restaurants, but there is a little shop in the hotel to buy frozen dinners and snack items to cook in your room if you wish. The excellent coffee is always on in the lobby and we certainly made use of the free laundry facilities.

Easily one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. All the amenities of home right in the room. Stove, dishes full size refrigerator, dishwasher etc. Room was very clean and spacious, bed was comfy. I only marked down comfort a lil bit because TV was a little small. Will definitely stay here again, and will seek out Candlewood hotels no matter where I travel in future. Loved it!!

Booked the hotel on my phone on a Saturday night, walked right in and was helped immediately. I had a broken foot and the employee made sure to book a room very close to the elevator. Quiet hotel, clean room, fluffy pillows and towels, friendly and accommodating staff for a great price!

hotel was well kept and staff was helpful . the room had everything we needed to make a longer stay enjoyable. if you want to sit by pool it can be a pain walking to next door hotel as they share the pool. we didn't take advantage of the complimentary supper but think it is a nice touch.overall a nice place to stay.
