This was a wonderful hotel and the customer service was even better. I realized after I left that I left my watch and charger in the room. The front desk was so prompt in my inquiries and went above and beyond to send to my address in the States. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Hotel Suitess is fantastic. The location could not be better. Right next door to the frauenkirche and main square. So it's incredibly scenic and convenient. The breakfast at the hotel is great. You eat in a bright and cheerful solarium with a view of the Frauenkirche. The staff is helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel right in the city center. Perfectly located. From the moment we walked through the doors we were greeted with grace, and the hotel was very clean and beautiful. They have a wonderful rooftop Terrace and Spa that we quite enjoyed. We will definitely be there again if we make it back to Dresden

A boutique size hotel sandwiched in the busy area. Very good value for the price, great location, nice and quiet room. The reception team is one of the most judgmental I’ve encountered though. One of the ladies had a strange attitude when I wanted to add one breakfast for a two-night stay…made it more complicated than necessary.

Hotel was in a great location, we were upgraded to a view over the square. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly, coffee and pastries provided in the reception area. I’d recommend this hotel to fellow travellers.

Very nice property in a superb location, a 30 second walk to the main square, tons of restaurants and bars just a stones throw away. I would highly recommend this place in a heart beat. There is also hot tub and sauna on site.

Beautiful property and easy to get to from the train. Right off the town square and beautiful sights. Only downside was my Room overlooking the atrium was loud.

Wonderful hotel in a good location! Very clean, super spacious rooms with beautiful decor, and an incredible bathroom!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the middle of old town, prime location with plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby!

Stayed in this hotel twice! Amazing location. Sauna around the clock. Great bedding. Delicious but pricey breakfast. Smashing cocktail bar at the entrance. Very professional stuff. Public parking around the corner. Highly recommended!

The Suitess was way above my expectations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay in Dresden. The hot tub/spa was very clean and I loved that it was open 24 hours.

Wonderful hotel, great location. Only downside was a tiny shower that dumped water overhead with no room to back away from it. And steps in the halls made it impossible to use a luggage cart.

A nice hotel with helpful staff in the center of historical Dresden, many restaurants and cafes close by. The only drawback is parking, you can use their valet service or city paid parking lots near by.

This was a great hotel and it's got an amazing location where almost everything amazing is within walking distance. The staff was absolutely perfect and it was the most relaxing location of our trip. If you get a chance, get up to that spa as soon as you can!

It was one of my best hotel experiences in my life. price/value is really good. A giant room for basic option. Spa/Sauna are delightful to use. The breakfast is a bit pricy but worth it.

Amazing hotel stay considering what I paid, under 120 USD. The area of Dresden where the hotel is located was awesome and the accommodations were fantastic.

The hotel is perfectly located, we walked everywhere. As the hotel parking is very expensive we parked on a city parking just round the corner. The staff at the reception is lovely and helpful. The shower is big and working, the bed is comfortable. We just enjoyed our stay.
