Room was very clean and staff was so nice! My kids and I used the pool outside, with only the small con of the pool being a bit dirty. Other than that wonderful place to stay!

I come up to Santa Rosa during the fair and stay at a different place every year (downtown SR last year and Occidental the year before).

When you charge $ to park in A Hampton Inn parking area, that is a rip-off! Never again!

Clean and comfy rooms, super friendly staff, plus a free hot breakfast. I am not sure why this property charges for parking, but that was a minor inconvenience.

Pros: the staff was pleasant and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, easy access to freeways, many restaurants and shops nearby, swimming pool.
Cons: housekeeping is supposed to be done every other day; it was done once during my 6 night stay. Complementary breakfast had good variety but was primarily frozen foods such as French toast sticks, sausages, and potatoes, and the eggs seemed like powdered eggs. They also offered cereal, fruit, toast, bagels, oatmeal, and make your own waffles, which I didn’t try. Lastly, the AC in my room didn’t work very well, but it was also very hot during my stay.

Great room, just could hear the people next to us both nights and it was very loud. Also above us was super loud so that was unfortunate.

We were a little disappointed that we had to pay for parking at a hotel:( Also, when we pulled back our blanket there were multiple hairs on our sheets and when we called they just sent up new sheets for us to put on ourselves. Not very apologetic:( I do not usually complain that seemed unprofessional.
I did really like the man who checked us in ...I believe his name was Cash? He was very polite and very helpful.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Just a short drive to the Charles S Schulz (Peanuts) Museum and the Jack London Historical park & museum near Santa Rosa.

I will ALWAYS stay at this Hampton when Im working in the area.
I had a noise issue in my first room (not at all the fault of the hotel) and I was exceptionally pleased with the professionalism, attentive customer service, and absolutely kind attitude shown by Kash when i brought the issue to his attention.
He immediately made arrangements to secure me another room (same style/layout and on the same floor) and he had me moved into my new room in under 10 minutes.
It's rare to find this level of hospitality, even in very high end hotels, and Kash made what could have been one of my toughest work trips into one of the best I've ever experienced.

Rian Rian (Rhianna) is someone that every hotel needs! Rian was the absolute best! Every day he checked in on me and made sure my birthday stay was ewverythjing and more. He even sent me a birthday card and a package of goodies. This man needs a promotion to the top!!! Our room was exceptional and the bed was so comfy. Our new spot every time!

I was locked out of the hotel at 2:00 am in the morning, no one was available in the office to let me in. I tried everything toto get in

My one month old daughter ended up I. The hospital because of something in the room. My dog was also sick and had something wrong with her that’s why I know it was something about the room. Management and staff did do thing about it so we left not wanting to risk more harm to our family

3:00 pm. The room is still not ready. We have to wait in the lobby until 4pm very disappointed. Poor service. Tintin from front desk. Just give the room to whoever checks in and ignore us. Until we talk to Jennifer and finally get a room. After a long wait in the lobby. We’re not treated fairly for the first time. I will never forget this day. Never book another one ever. Bad experience

I booked this hotel through Expedia. I work in Santa Rosa and live in San Jose. I report to work in Santa Rosa twice a week and work remotely for three days. There was a scheduled change at my work just for that week. I called Expedia to adjust my stay for the next night. Expedia called the hotel, and they refused to adjust the booking. Mr. Misrav, the General Manager, wouldn't budge. I went in person to talk to him. At first, he said there wasn't an available room for the day I was trying to change my booking to. I said I was on your website, and there were plenty of rooms available. He was making all kinds of excuses. I lost one night because of this General Manager's attitude and lack of flexibility
