Magnificent room. Wonderful bed. Why wre we charged a bottle of water? Dining room, Sunday, added items to the bill we did not order and did not provide the dishes we did order. Breakfast was superb.

Great hotel (middle of 3 adjoined hotels) with clean comfortable rooms. The staff was phenomenal and so helpful recommending things to do and sites to see. Really nice wine shop on site.

Great bang for your buck! I stayed 3 nights for $260 which is cheaper than the estimate on expedia when i booked it online. The hotel is connected to two other hotels as well. The staff reached out to me via WhatsApp to help coordinate my agenda and set up all my airport transfers and wine tour/tango show dining experience. The wine tour at wineries were excellent by the staff there. The driver they hire is nice and polite but doesnt provide any tour guiding info just so you know. Also if you already watched a tango show in Buenos Aires like i did i have to say i preferred that to this show because of less singing and more dancing types displayed. The best thing about the tango show here was the dancers dance in front of you close and on stage.

Our experience was increíble! We had such a wonderful stay. Everyone who helped us was very nice, spoke English and Spanish, and did anything we needed. The free breakfast was way better than most places.

A great hotel, just on the side of the Sheraton, where you could access the SPA service.
The bad aspect is that I received a room on the side of the hotel with the view on a wall!
The good aspect is the restaurant, where I ate and drunk very well, served by Martin who has been really kind and professional.
Very good breakfast, both for quantity and quality.

We stayed just one night, but everything was good. The area around it is okay, but if you walked a couple of minutes there is some nice areas with nice restaurants. Also the hotel offers a patio area with a very nice bar.

The rooms were nice. The staff was super friendly and did an excellent job making us feel welcome. The TV had a lot of options in english including Netflix. I will definitely stay there again.

A/c did not work for two nights in a row and it was very hot in the room. Got a room change by day 3 but it unpleasant. Other than that, I would highly recommend

This is a lovely small older hotel next to the Sheraton. We had a suite room and it was quite spacious. However we did not receive a room upgrade and the room we were in was quite noisy with elevators and guests next door easily heard through the walls. The maid service was great and there were some incredible staff. These were Stefania at the front desk who was exceptional in every way, and Enzo in the restaurant who was also exceptional. When the winery is offering us a complimentary drink as part of our VIP experience it should be more than a mouthful.

The hotel is very well located. The dining room is very unique, as is the foyer. The suite had a large king-size bed. Breakfast and dinner were excellent.

The hotel is sitting on unrealized potential. It’s dated in many ways with finishings, decor, furniture, comfort, functionality of rooms, etc., as well as service needing a boost in their responsiveness, professionalism, and overall attention to detail.

It’s a nice hotel but when I complained (on 3 occasions) about the incredibly poor/non-existent WiFi in my room they said they would see to it but nothing improved. They just payes lip service.
As for the view of a construction site right outside my window, they said (and I agree) they couldn’t do anything about it. Still front desk staff didn’t show any empathy.
The only great thing I can say was that the coffee at breakfast was excellent.
