This hotel is close to many main attractions with an excellent view of old town. Very walkable.

Excellent customer service. I am tourist and my vehicle did not start and a tall female customer service representative took me to my car and gave me a boost off. This is going above and beyond. I recommend this place to anyone.

My wife and I had a great stay at Focus hotel. Nice clean room, very good breakfast and a very helpfull staf. Great value for the money.

Kolejny pobyt w Focusie, jakże odmienny od poprzedniego. Zarezerwowana ten sam standard pokoju. Tym razem na parterze, z widokiem na niezbyt piękny wewnętrzny parking. Pokój ciemny i zimny na przyjazd. W nocy od godziny 01:30 brak gorącej wody. Śniadanie 50pln ... zdecydowana przesada w stosunku do oferowanego menu. Kończące się wędliny, ser czy naleśniki ni ebyły na bieżąco uzupełniane przez personel. Generalnie zawiedziony ostatnim pobytem

Cosy hotel with great staff! Was very happy with the service both from desk and restaurant. For us it was also a very good location. Our roomreservation was changed, but we were generously compensated.

Hotel is nice and at great location, service was fantastic, staff were great. Only issue was rooms don't have air-conditioning and lower floor rooms on road side is a bit loud

Standard hotel close to the city. Room ok, didn’t have breakfast. Receptionist was keen to sell us their 25 PLN car park service and when questioned what the street parking cost told us it was 3 PLN per hour. This was not incorrect for zone A directly outside the hotel front door, however she failed to mention that zone B ( located merely a few meters away and much closer than the hotel car park) was less than half this price..... ☹️ The staff could smile more and be more genuine in their approach, that is for sure

The room condition is good clean and neat no stink at all. But it doesn't have any fridge and A/C. I was staying there 14th.AUG.2020~16th.AUG.2020. It was hot during the weekend and I was kinda in trouble staying in the hotel. it was okay after sunset tho.

Overall this was a nice hotel. The employees from the front desk to the kitchen staff made the experience great. The rooms were basic but for a business trip it was all one needs.

I was a bit hesitant to book here because the prices were so cheap, but the hotel was fantastic! A beautiful river view with the historic district nearby, a great restaurant right next door, modern rooms and an unbeatable breakfast buffet made our first day in Poland perfect!

Very good location, near enough to shopping 🛍 bars and restaurants. The breakfast was ample, with plenty of variety, but same every morning. We had a premium room on the top floor, with stunning views over the river, room was clean and had very good facilities.

This is a really nice budget hotel! Comfortable, friendly staff, nice decor, and a good breakfast. I didnt have an evening meal this time, but have in the past. The food and local beer in restaurant is excellent. No air-con which wouldnt normally be a problem, but I stayed when to was over 20C at night. However, with the window ajar, I still had a good relaxing sleep.

Great Breakfast good for getting around 3 stops tram 6 from main station boat trips near by and sat/sun boat to Swinoujscie also good brew pub 5mins walk

Ok, I arrived late at night and had a slow check in (lots of people arriving). Sadly, the room I was given was occupied (literally! I opened the door and there was a man on the bed!). The receptionist had disappeared temporarily - and the chap who worked the restaurant couldn’t help. 5 min. Finally I get a new room and key. The staff were aware of my troubles and were sympathetic. There was no shower gel/ shampoo in the dispenser (so I had no soap for my hair). The water kept alternatively going freezing or boiling. Argh! So not a perfect hotel, and I can’t tell if it’s just me. But I can say staff were super nice. They quickly sorted things out when they went wrong and gave me a complimentary drink and allowed me to check out late with no charge. So overall, I was happy. Restaurant food was yummy.

Nice, small hotel in quiet neighborhood. Very close to beach, not far from Sopot pier

Quite okay - the room was quite big and comfy, however it lacked the minibar and the lobby was not 24/7.

Fine for a short stay, central and close to restaurants etc.
