Good hotel. Location to get to he American Royal was excellent and easy. Did not spend much time in the room, but over all it was an acceptable experience. nothing to complain about.
Only real issue was the room was to hot and the Thermostat was not obvious. Overcome by opening a window.

The bathroom sink drained slowly.

Check in went smooth and the front desk was quick. However, after finally getting into our room (47 minutes waiting for them in the hallway to finish cleaning the room), the room wasnt knocking it out of the park. There was no hand soap in the suite or the bathroom. The bathroom floor was sticky. The room had a lounge chair that was stained in places it shouldn't be.

Comfortable family trip. Clean room, amenities were decent. Didn't like that it didn't have a pool. Free washer and dryers. Only clean room upon request. I just wish they brought you clean towels everyday with out requesting them. Great location.

The hallway on our floor had a smell of burnt plastic and the room had a peculiar smell to it as well. It didnt smell like smoke. Just kind of musty.

I appreciated how quiet this hotel is. I was in town for a music festival at the nearby amphitheater and not only was this hotel a short Uber drive away but there were lots of places to eat nearby. It was very quiet when I returned to my room (which was surprisingly nice!). I slept like a baby after having had so much fun. Will stay there again when visiting the amphitheater.

This is a decent, extended stay sort of place. I was only stopping for a night. It's location in the hotel and restaurant area in Kansas City, Kansas makes it convenient for a night's stop on a longer road trip - or for someone staying longer for business or visit. The staff seem competent. It's showing slight signs of wear, such as minor damage to furniture, but comfortable and spacious.

Great stay, able to walk to multiple places. Entertainment, food, shopping , all very close. Front desk was busy and the gentleman was prompt and very helpful and in a great mood.

Well to start, you booked us twice. After visiting with the front desk, they fixed it.
The room had a contct lens on the floor in the bathroom. We don't wear contracts. The refrigerator leaked water. What a mess.

Wonderful room with lots of space and a large bathroom. Only complaint was that the bed was overly firm and I wish they had a bin for recycling.

Just an overnighter for a concert 4 hours from home. Checkin was easy. Room was immaculate. Check out was easy. Bed was comfy.

I had no reservation when I got there. According to the GM, they were never contacted regarding my request to cancel Friday night as we would be coming up Saturday. I was charged a no-show fee and the room was cancelled. This was a shock considering I had messaged back and forth with hotels.com and have emails regarding the requests. As well as a phone call from your staff confirming they were working on it, but waiting for the hotel manager to respond. The GM informed me and attempted to show me that no one from hotels.com (Expedia) ever messaged them. I was shocked. Someone is outright lying to me and it cost me $230.00!

Our stay was fine. The staff was very friendly and there was almost always someone available. For the price, a breakfast would have been nice. My stay was uneventful, which is a good thing. The beds were comfortable and clean. Water pressure in the shower is fairly low, but workable. I really liked how they treated our pets. Very friendly place.

The property was decent for a one night stay. It's definitely more of a motel than a hotel. The quality of the furniture was low but clean. There is a big pothole on the side of the building when you are driving to the back parking lot, there were no safety barriers and could have easily been missed in the dark.

I greatly enjoyed the cleanliness, appliances new and in good working condition, the gym, free laundromat to wash and dry clothes. The staff was accommodating.

Didn't like that the bedroom did not cool off like the main room. Seems to be not enough ventilation into the bedroom.

our first room was very dirty, so we changed rooms immediately. The second room was not that much better. The air conditioner leaked so badly that our carpet was soaking wet. I had a very odd mildewy smell as well.

Loved having a kitchenette in the room! Only downfall we experienced was the slowness of the internet server. After checking with the front desk regarding this issue, I was told the internet could be slow at Tim’s due to multi hotels using the same server.

The hotel is nice and very accessible. The TVs in the room didn’t work and the pull out couch had no linens for us to be able to utilize it.

We unlocked our room only to find that it was already occupied. When we went down to confront the front desk they only said “yea. We knew we double booked, we just couldn’t remember which room it was”. I had two rooms booked in the same name and our party ended up two floors apart. The floors were sticky and disgusting and the hallways smelled like sewage. Will never stay here again!
