This hotel was a typical Hampton Inn however the price was ridiculously high for two people. I would not suggest it because of the price you can get a much nicer hotel for less.

The staff was so wonderful, especially the gentleman running breakfast… he was a gem and I wish I got his name.

We have many stays at this location in Central Valley and the service is always very friendly and responsive, and this time was no exception.
Our issue on this trip was cleanliness and condition of the hotel, which was very out of character. Overflowing trash cans, very filthy lobby restrooms and a bug problem in our room. Evidently some sort of beetle that proliferates in the fall. They enter through the a/c unit and covered our ceiling while we slept at night. The front desk mentioned their efforts to contain, but access through the a/c unit made it difficult.
Breakfast on Sunday was cold, not done well.
All of this was completely out of character for this location based on our earlier stays. The current high cost of hotel rooms becomes more painful given the condition of the stay. We didn't receive the value for the expense this time.

Everything was fine except for the location of the room. We asked for a mobility accessible room. The room and accessibility was perfect but it was the last room at the end of the corridor , located next to the exit door. There was a lot of in and out, all night and the banging of the door kept us awake. 😔 we ended being very tired driving back home, the next day, which was an 8 hour drive.

It’s my second time staying at this hotel with my family (2 adults, 2 kids) and just like the first time, we enjoyed our stay. The only thing is…this time we wet in room 138 and the noise from the lobby was awful, especially in the morning.

The room was spacious, but the air conditioning was excessively noisy, making it difficult for me to fall asleep, and consequently, I felt very tired the next day.
The receptionist's attitude during checkout was very poor. I accidentally got a small part of the room card's paper cover wet, and the receptionist angrily asked me, "Why?" This made me feel very puzzled and unnecessarily uncomfortable.

Run down motel. Room wasn't cleaned well. The TV control didn't work properly. As we were Watching TV, we even saw a MOUSE next to the TV. The clerk offered us to stay in another room. Of course, we accepted but the room was awful with really old and uncomfortable mattresses. There was a lot of stains on the sheets. We asked for a discount and they only offered us only 10% because se used 2 rooms whichis ridículous. Awful customisé service. Stat away from this place.

Free complementary breakfast! Plenty of parking, exceptional staff & services. Loved shuttle bus and extremely clost to shopping centers. Very nice pool. Beautiful garden area with tables and chairs. Minutes away from Legoland. The gentle who servised breakfast is extremely hardworking and kept area very clear which making sure the breakfast trays were always filled with breakfast food and items. Highly recommend! 👌

Arrived about 11 am to the hotel and the manager, Kathy, found us a room that was ready!! After being on the road for 8 days, we were able to reorganize our stuff!! Hotel room is very large and very clean!! Enjoyed our stay!!
