We stayed a few nights here, room was amazing but breakfast was nightmares. Moldy orange for 2 days, burn and dry oat meal for the first day. Not sure we will want to go back

This hotel is perfect if you are planning on visiting Epperson Lagoon , is only 12 minutes drive to the water park .

Hotel was ok. Breakfast wasn’t that great. Potatoes cold and things empty. Enjoyed the flavor creamer for coffee and front desk staff very nice and helpful.

We were really disappointed with this property. There were quite a few guests in town for a basketball tournament, the property didn't seem prepared for such a large group. The toaster was broken, there was only 1 waffle iron, breakfast wasn't replenished in a timely manner. Some families actually left to get breakfast elsewhere. The pool appeared to be clean but when I got out of the water, there was a film of dirt on my bathing suit. Other guests notices the same film of dirt on their swimsuits as well. The staff didn't seem to be equipped to handle complaints, they were very dismissive.

Stay was a breeze

Updated property. Nice decor in rooms. Appeared clean. Plumbing fixtures, tile, etc are dated but a good overall stay for a couple of nights. Very friendly staff.

Room was okay but the bed was uncomfortable and very noisy. It squeaked whenever anyone moved.

This was my second year in a row with a four day long stay at this property. Overall, it was a decent stay for my son's hockey tournament. The room was clean, beds were comfy, AC was cold and the TV worked. Staff was nice and the breakfast had a variety of options. However, the mini fridge in our room froze all of the fresh fruit, veggies, and other perishable foods that we had on hand for our hockey player in only a few hours and it continually leaked water all over the floor. I brought it to the attention of staff who said they would alert maintenance, but the fridge was never repaired, or swapped out during our stay, so I just kept putting towels in front of it to prevent slipping on the wet floor. Additionally, the entire hallway on the 5th floor (which is where our room was) had no air-conditioning and the vents actually seemed to blow hot air. Not sure if I'll book a stay here for the tournament next year or try another location.

Although my family and I only stayed for one night. It was a very pleasant stay. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately and felt very welcomed. The room and the bathroom were very clean. The breakfast was very good and my kiddos loved the fact that you could make your own waffles. There was an amazing lady who worked there who was so nice to my kids and gave them stickers which they really loved. I’m sorry I didn't get her name but she was so nice and caring. If I’m ever in the area again. This will be the place that I would choose over and over again.

Fast check in. Quiet property. Friendly staff. Very close to everything! Shopping, gas, restaurants and the highway, all within an 8 minute or less drive.

It was alright. It was a hotel off an interstate exit. It’s exactly what you expect.

Your staff was top notch. Everyone of your front desk associates were extremely helpful, and professional especially when I saw one Karen of a guest get perverted with one and out of line with another, they handled it like professionals.

My 6 year old discovered a used Dildo underneath the bed to which my children grabbed it possibly exposing them to some sort of disease. Only solution offered at this time was to come remove it and clean underneath the bed.

I am sure it is not particular to this Hampton Inn but no free wifi in the rooms in this day and age? Not something I thought I needed to check every time I pick a hotel. That is ridiculous. Everything else was fine.

The computer system was didn’t so check in took a while, but it was fine since we weren’t in a hurry. The front desk staff was VERY nice! We had a housekeeping issue and they moved our room right away. The second room had a nasty yellowing stain on the ceiling but we didn’t complain. The breakfast was decent. It would have been nice if they had a local shuttle to take you to area shopping and restaurants.

My last night there, some of the younger kids were being noisy in the halls. Other than that, great breakfasts, staff very helpful!

Front Desk agent was very nice & very friendly when I did my checkin. Very helpfull.
