Great hotel, on arrival met a lovely friendly gentleman who booked us in without any fuss. Hotel was really clean and bedroom was spacious with lovely comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Coffee was fab. Recommended for future travels

The pool is broken- the large pool had no heat. When we checked in, we were never told about this. We came for sporting events for teenagers who were looking forward to the pool. The exercise room had no cleaning solution or wipes. The BEST part about our stay was the lady who did breakfast in the morning- very attentive, very clean and kept things stocked.

We stayed one night here with our dog while on a roadtrip. This hotel is lovely! Great service, amazing breakfast & breakfast staff, and quite honestly THE most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever experienced at a hotel.

I like the preregistration, it helped make check in so nice, especially late at night. The room seemed very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable, which is especially good for back and neck pain. The breakfast staff was friendly and very helpful with my special needs. The breakfast had many healthy and tasty options.

One of the cleanest/freshest facilities we have visited. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms, with all the necessary amenities. Did not have time to visit the pool or hot tub but the area looked clean and there were plenty of towels available. Breakfast was hot and had lots of options.
I liked being able to make my own waffle and it turned out perfect. There was also plenty of fresh fruit available. It appeared to be animal friendly, as there were dogs of various sizes in the lobby

Check in was fast. The room was large and up to date. Noise wasn’t a problem. One gripe, the parking lot entrance was very hard to see while approaching from the highway in the dark. The coffee station was fabulous.

We loved this hotel! The continental breakfast was excellent. Love the lemon ice water in the lobby. We spent some time in the lobby, just lounging and drinking coffee. Very comfy. The decor is cool, like a mountain or western lodge. The front desk even gave us a toothbrush when we realized we forgot it at home! Thank you, we will definitely stay her again when we come back to Laramie.

No good area for dogs outside. Signs all over grass that say no dogs and then the dog area is just dirt and weeds. Pretty good other than that though.

Room wasn’t made up by housekeeping when we checked in. Housekeeping threw mints in the hallway and our dog ate one. Seems bizarre for a pet friendly motel to have a mints in the hallways policy. We had people knocking on our door in the middle of the night.
