I arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock. The receptionist at the guest reception was half asleep and did not give me clear answers as to where the hotel's parking was and it took me a while to find it. In addition, the receptionist at the spa gave me wrong information about the price of the treatment and did not explain to me that the price she presented is per person even though When I emphasized to her that I was looking for a couple package, at the end of the treatment it was not done in the same room and I also paid double what she told me and in addition later it turned out that I could have taken a couple's treatment for an hour and a half for less money than I paid and also that I wanted to talk to the reception manager they said that there is currently no manager. The feeling that she was looking to sell me the most expensive treatment they have instead of answering my request is really disappointed with them

Loved it all. Location perfect - 15 walk along waterfront into Bardolino and 5 walk the other direction along waterfront to a good handful of restaurants in Cisano. Lake beach right opposite hotel with paddle board and kayak hire and two beach bars. Hotel pool area is lovely - large main pool and plenty of sun beds all round. Very clean and reasonable pool bar for drinks and lunch. The hotel breakfast was fabulous - very fresh and many choices. Cannot think of anything else we would have liked to choose from. We ate out every evening. Ferries from Cisano and some times of the day and many more options from Bardolino. We didn’t venture far as had plenty nearby for our week but if you plan to explore the north of the lake you need to set off early due to fairly long ferry ride and timetable. Hotel staff brilliant and rooms in main hotel overlooking pool and lake were ideal. Overall excellent holiday for the four of us - including the 16 and 14 year old.

We loved staying here! The staff was so kind and we would love to come back ❤️ breakfast and restaurant was amazing. The only thing missing was the possibillity to borrow an ironing board + iron.

This hotel was a great find. It’s well located, easy to walk to other towns or bus or ferry. All the staff we met were super helpful and nice. The swimming pool area is fantastic and the spa facilities are extensive and very quiet. The food in the hotel was great, breakfast is plentiful and amazing choice. We had dinner in the hotel one night and that was also excellent. The hotel is in easy walking reach of other restaurants as well. The rooms are very comfortable and liked the touch of bath robes and a beach bag for you to use during your stay. I would have preferred better quality toiletries in the room, the ones provided don’t match the quality of everything else the hotel has to offer. In summary, this is a great hotel for taking a well earned relaxing break or as a base to explore all that Lake Garda has to Offer.

Great spa hotel in Bardolino Lago di Garda. Amazing breakfast buffet!

From business traveller view: 28.10.2022 Booked room 253 not matching the describtion of the reservation, being on top floor with high ceiling and view to the lake. It was on the 1. floor just above the pool bar area. Room airconditioning not working at all, so room had 25 so it was impossible to sleep and when opening the balcony door to ventilate, huge noise (Italian noise pollution) from the pool area until 1 to 2:00 am, in addition a lot of mosquitoes stinging when trying to cool off athe balcony at 3 am, When i asked about non-functioning ac in the morning; we should have ordered lower temperature at the front desk - never hear such practice before and of cause the reception never told us about it by the check-in. Major mistake. Italian style check-in, very friendly, very intensively explainned services to anyone talking Italian, so i waited 30 min in line, just one Italian couple in front of me. Good service for them. Generally excellent service for some customers that is. Description of the hotel should inform customers about the garage being only 2 m in height. In total, sleepless night in overrated hotel.

Nice stay close to the lake. Great spa and pool.

Very good stay. Disappointed only about the thermal pool not hot enough. I was expecting hot pool like onsen in Japan. Breakfast buffet was great.

This has been our third stay here and it is a real joy to stay at such a fabulous resort. It is located on the lake and facilities are available nearby. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking at a trip to the lakes. You won’t be disappointed

Excellent hotel spa with several pools. I had a perfect experience with my family. Breakfast selection and condition of the hotel is excellent with well done areas to sunbath and relax. The pools and thermal baths were always available and very spacious. Carda lake is 1 min walk away with a beautiful, clean beach, beach bar and rentals for paddle boards and canoe’s.

3rd visit to this excellent hotel. Staff outstanding Expensive, yes, but offers 4 pools , gardens, spa, thermae. Terrace and veranda al fresco eating in good weather. Minibus to local Town, 7 mins to nearby villages with excellent eateries,. Ferries around Lake Garda. Have stayed in both Augustus annex and main building.

Excellent hotel, well finished, fantastic and helpful staff great breakfast , we were half board so can’t comment on the evening meals. Great spa facilities. We will return. Bardolino is a great location to explore the whole of Lake Garda if needed.

The hotel was quite good for its rating. However the room maid service was not good. Also the lack of information given by the staff about the hotel facilities was not complete . probably this was due to language difficulties

The furniture of the rooms quite primitive not in line with the beautiful landscape and outdoor facilities. Overpriced.

The Caesius Thermae Resort is very good indeed. The amenities are excellent; the pools and spa facilities are all excellent and very well looked after. My only slight criticism is that the restaurant menu is somewhat limited.

went in winter , bar area smelt , thermal baths etc were good but expensive , we stayed in a outdoor chalet which was not explained to us by hotels ,com . had coach loads of different visitors ie first nice load of noisy Chinese second night noisy skiers.

Lovely hotel in wonderful location close to the lake.Food is excellent, healthy with a wide choice. Staff very efficient, helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend for a relaxing holiday but with plenty to do locally too.

Nice hotel friendly helpful staff. Good food. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Balcony too small. The third restaurant was never open. It was open once for a private party. Very noisy, had to complain. They told us music would stop at 12 still going at 12.20. No prior notice of this event, letter last minute. Lovely spa. Nice pools inside and out. 25 min walk to Bardolino and 1hour walk to Lazise.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, the staff were so helpful and attentive. Definitely worth trying the whiskey sour at the bar!

Overall the hotel is excellent in a good location directly on the lake and a nice 20 minute walk into Bardolino. Although the bedrooms are tired/dated and certainly not 4*. Also the swimming pools are extremely cold and too cold for some people to use and the wi-fi was very poor.
