This property is a little gem. I had one of the sweets and it was perfect. The front staff was friendly, helpful check in was easy. Highly recommend the breakfast in the restaurant. Lots of yummy food very reasonable prices. The staff was very, very friendly. Only stayed here one night, but definitely will return return.

We stayed here last year and im so glad we came back. Perfect location to walk yo town. The staff is AMAZING!! We tell everyone to stay there!! See you next year!!

All staff was so attentive and helpful. We had an amazing experience checking in late at night with the gentleman at the front desk and the server at the breakfast area was great as well.

Property was as advertised. Beautiful grounds, very friendly and accommodate staff. I messed up o length of my stay. They were very accommodating and actually moved my stuff to the new room while i was away being a tourists.

I was upgraded to a room with a kitchenette, across the street from the main property - it was fantastic because I was the only person on that side for several days so I had the pool allllll to myself! Also, Nico and Carlos are incredibly friendly and engaging. A great stay, and would absolutely recommend.

The stay included free breakfast every day. We had it the last day and regretted not going every day. It was so fresh and flavorful. We didn’t stay much at the Hotel since we were out and about every day. The BellHop was very accommodating and opened the door for us if we came in after 10pm. Plenty of photo opportunities around the Hotel that gave us a true Mexican feel. Plenty of places in walking distance such as the Parian but Uber made every trip quick and inexpensive.

The property was very nice and it felt safe. All the staff was friendly. The stay included 2 drinks and breakfast. The bartender told us about tourist area Tlaquepaque el Parian which was about 10 minute walk. Would stay here again. Anna N.

Hotel is quiet and clean. Staff were friendly and super helpful. We asked for a taxi for the next day and taxi was on time to pick up. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working and that was one of the reasons we booked the hotel, so my daughter could enjoy it.

Our stay at this hotel was such a unique experience! It felt as if you were in someone’s home. The staff were attentive, even offered umbrellas when it rained. The breakfast was delicious, healthy and the cafe de hoya is a must try! It was walking distance to el centro de Tlaquepaque, Oxxo store and an authentic taqueria for late night eating. Highly recommend.

Very beautiful hotel. By far the nicest I have stayed in. Super clean, staff very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was amazing. The mood there is just beautiful. It will be my go to when I visit Guadalajara.
