Nice folks working there. Bed was clean. Room amenities and furnishings were acceptable. Breakfast was pleasant with variable choices. Carpets were dirty, torn and frayed, need to be replaced. Wall paint nicked and scratched in many areas. Hotel is tired and owners need to put money back in for upkeep... It's going downhill of they don't.

Rooms look a little worn down and bathroom looked a bit dingy. Probably could use some new caulking, the corners of bathroom were dirty/aged looking. Was on first floor with the room attached to another room and could hear neighbors pretty much all night, and their dog, so make sure to try and request a non attached room or something on a higher floor. Towels and bedding were clean and the beds were pretty comfortable, probably the best thing about the room. The charger on the desk looked broken down and didn’t work. Internet kept kicking me off every minute or so which was annoying. Breakfast wasn’t too fancy but got the job done.

Friendly front desk clerk on arrival. Our room was very dated and not the cleanest. Had a very odd musty smell on entrance. Worst thing needing attention was the bathroom hair (not ours) everywhere. Walls, fridge, windows etc.throughout were in need of a good wipe down. Overall not a great stay.

You get what you pay for… when I walked in I was disappointed how dirty then when I got to my room window was left open it was freezing in there and bed appeared to have had someone laying on it by the Marj’s left on the comforter.. the amount of hair I found in the room was absolutely disgusting! I would not even let my husband make coffee in the coffee pot because I was scared it would cause him illness… needless to say lesson learned I will spend more for better quality hotel room.

Awful. Putting a non-hearing impaired person in a room for impaired persons is unacceptable. You hear every conversation at the front desk, the lobby tv is on the other side of the bed - and you hear it in the middle of the night -, and conversations and the moving of chairs from the dining room.

Pleasantly surprised because of location, great staff, clean. Plus next to bowling alley with lounge, fantastic bartender. Would stay again

The person checking us in was exceptional. Everything else was great except the Direct TV picture kept freezing and pixelating, was basically unwatchable. Front desk suggested unplugging it for 30 seconds then plugging back in. That didn’t help. After this experience, why anyone would choose Direct TV is beyond me.

Upon check-in I had to pay again for my rooms even though I had already paid thru Expedia. Rooms were not even on the same floor. Our room was dirty, bathtub filthy and tiny. Pool was dirty as was the pool deck surrounding it. Hallways had litter, very worn carpet in elevator and hallways. Jacuzzi unusable-too dirty to get in.

A very clean and quiet place. Isolated so walking to places would be a challenge but plenty of options within a 5 minute drive. I would stay here again.

I liked having a separate couch from bed but only a queen bed. The place wasvfine. Not super not bad. Breakfast fine. Rugs bothered me a bit.

It was ok, i wasnt there much. Ut the only issue i had was you c9mputer system kept freezing up on the girl at check in and i had originally asked for a bottom floor room, she said i had one reserved. But when i came back to check in it was a 3rd floor room, im partially disabled, thankfully you had an elevator or id have had to go stay somewhere else.

A lot of stains on the carpet and the pull out couch mattress was stained and gross. Unfortunately my granddaughter had to sleep on it!

The beds were clean but that was all. The front desk said our payment did not go through and made us pay again but then gave a receipt showing nothing due or paid. When asked why it didn’t show any pricing we were told that’s how all receipts look. No one on side to discuss with and were directed to email our concerns.

Great for what we needed, a place to sleep and enjoy the hot tub after a long day of sight seeing. The bed & pillows were very firm and comfortable. There is a dog boarding place next door and the dogs start barking at 7 am BUT you can only hear them if your room window is open. The room was not completely sound proof as we could hear people in the hallway and above us. The staff was super friendly and helpful!

Property needs updating and a thorough scrubbing. Didn’t want to walk around in my room without shoes. There was some sort of hiccup with Expedia payment even though I paid ahead, the hotel made me pay again. I showed them the receipt through Expedia and credit card and they told me they never received payment. After I did pay I was given a receipt showing I paid $0. If I wasn’t on such a schedule I would have left. Lesson learned, read reviews and try and avoid these situations.

Great value. Solid stop over on our way from Portland to Tahoe. A clean comfortable bed, free breakfast and WiFi, a pool for the kid, and really kind helpful staff. Totally got our money’s worth.

The staff did not seem to be too friendly. The room was dirty, I don’t even know if they clean. Finger prints on everything and dirty socks were left on the floor from before we got there. The pictures of the pool are very misleading. The walls are so thin that the next room overs TV kept us up all night.

The pool was nice, it was a warm night and was really refreshing. The bed was pretty soft, too soft. Our tv didn't work properly. Staff offered to move us, he was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and kept topped up.

Carpet frying and worn in elevator, room needs deep clean and maintenance. Stains on walls and carpets, vents filthy, carpet in hallways stained. Literally the cheapest toilet paper, the facial tissue was softer than the toilet paper. Stain on couch cushion in room, stick on shampoo dispenser in shower is falling off shower wall, compartment to store extra roll of toilet paper was filthy inside. Blow dryer filter FULL of lint. Toilet flush handle sticks and toilet runs non stop unless you manually push the flusher handle up. Refrigerator in cabinet rattles on and off all night. Wooden cabinet that refrigerator sets inside of is chipped. Complimentary breakfast food is sufficient and all staff I encountered were very nice. Location is good. Just needs ALOT of TLC
