This was my third time staying at this property. It is ALWAYS my preference in San Pedro. The location being so close to the beach area, Central Park, airport and almost all of the major restaurants makes it an excellent value for the money spent.

Wonderful stay on the beach. Short walk to restaurants and bars. Since it’s on north end of town, you avoid the congestion of center of town. Great staff. AC worked great around the clock.

Would recommend to anyone who loves a view, needs a pool and restaurant at the resort, and a balcony! Very clean and wonderful staff!

Perfect location within walking distance of transportation to island(flight or boat) and food. Food at Jambel restaurant onsite was a 10. No complaints, would stay again.

Room was cool when we arrived. Very clean and lots of easy access to things. People were very helpful and useful. Not a lot of nice locations around it and pool was fairly small but that wasn’t an issue for us.

The property is, clean, quiet, and situated in a convenient location. Shops, dining, gas station, and the main road to the Truck Stop, and Secret Beach are all nearby. The staff were are very nice and friendly. I would stay at the Sunbreeeze Suites again.

This hotel is located in downtown San Pedro on the oceanfront. You can easily walk most of San Pedro directly from the hotel. You feel safe walking during the daytime and at dusk. There are many restaurants, no chain restaurants but all locally owned restaurant of various quality. There is a restaurant at the hotel but we didn't try it. Keep in mind that in San Pedro there are no all inclusives. The hotel is very clean and provides filtered water. The small pool is very clean. We went the first week of April and we had no mosquitoes at all. The streets of San Pedro are very narrow and busy, you need to be very cautious because it can be very crowded with pedestrians, golf carts, motorcycles, bicycles... and there are no sidewalks. There are very few cars and trucks anywhere, just more golf carts than you can imagine. Rent a golf cart if you want to go to Secret Beach, the only really nice beach on the island, about 40 minutes by golf cart. If you do rent a golf cart, just be aware of that all streets are very bumpy everywhere. We flew from Belize City to San Pedro, a 15 minute flight by puddle jumper. It cost a lot more than taking the ferry, but it was worth it. The ferry is 90 minutes one way. This hotel has a relationship with Ambergris Divers, and I was able to arrange my initial scuba dives at the hotel lobby. Also, Ambergris Divers is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel so there's no problem just walking over there to do everything in person there.

We had a great stay! Anything we needed, the staff was responsive when there. Everything is very close by and the views from the room were incredible! Would recommend!

Sun breeze suites was a wonderful place to stay in the heart of San Pedro. It is close to everything, but because of that can be a bit loud. It is not a resort but rather more like a condo with concierge services. It has a small but nice pool. And a restaurant that serves great jerk food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The suite was well appointed though not fancy. We loved our balcony with a view of the ocean. I thought it was nice to have the bed in a separate area from the living/kitchen space. It did feel a little dated. But the positives far outweigh that. I would recommend especially for divers.

Loved SunBreeze Suites and the staff were great. Tried to use the pool but too cold. Really liked our little condo and the extra amenities. However we hated San Pedro & will not be back.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Location of hotel is perfect for activities and close walking distance to restaurants. The bedrooms in our unit was quiet when the door closed.

Excellent location. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and fresh fruit. Never needed to use a golf cart. Golf carts are overwhelming at times. Too many. Being close to everything (dive shops, restaurants, etc) is such a plus for a family group (8 infant). The rooms are great—full kitchen and coffee always available. Would stay again.

Very convenient and walkable. Staff was very friendly and helpful with booking a golf cart for us. My only complaint would be that we woke up with bug bites every morning.

Love Sunbreeze. Have stayed here several times. Its quiet, comfortable, affordable and they really take care of you. Can't say enough good.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff at the hotel were so nice and accommodating! We really enjoyed that the hotel is smack in the middle of San Pedro, so it was easy to walk to restaurants and shops and as easy to rent golf carts to use when wanting to venture further out. The room had a huge king size bed, a nice outside porch area and a very spacious kitchen, living room and bathroom. There’s a small restaurant in the hotel that offers limited (but tasty) food choices and drinks as well. We definitely stay here again in the future!

Sunbreeze Suites is clean and quiet. Staff at the front desk were helpful upon check-in and during stay. Food and beverage staff were abysmal, and demonstrated a degree of laziness and apathy at a level I have rarely encountered. For an hour and a half while I swam and sunbathed at the pool as the only potential customer, I was not approached once with an offering of either food or beverage. Three food and beverage employees proceded to talk on their phones and stare at their screens rather then offer any type of customer service during the entire hour and a half I was present. I will not be returning or recommending Sunbreeze Suites based on the observed behavior described.

It was my first time in Belize. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The location is great. Walking distance from water taxi.

Front desk and staff were always helpful and professional. The location is convenient to Town Square, as well as the airport and ferry to Belize City. The docks for scuba and snorkeling are walking distance from the hotel. Being a suite, the room had everything we needed for an outstanding stay.
